La visite du jardin secret ne présente que peu d'intérêt. Le prix d'entrée excessif ressemble plus à une contribution à la restauration. Vous pouvez de votre passage pour siroter un jus d'orange ou un thé. Si vous devez faire un jardin à Marrakech faites le jardin de majorelle

Notre séjour au Riad Jardin Secret était vraiment top! Non seulement l'endroit est magnifique, à proximité de tout, mais les propriétaires (y compris Tiphaine qui travaille depuis Paris) et le personnel aux petits soins. Le Riad a été magnifiquement rénové, en conservant le charme de l'ancien marocain et en y rajoutant le confort du moderne. La terrasse au dernier étage profite d'une très belle vue. Pour les fans de décoration, tout le mobilier est à tomber! Je recommande cet endroit et je vais définitivement y retourner. Merci encore à toute l'équipe, notamment Youssef, qui a su nous recommander plein de belles choses. Marine

Nous avons passé 3 nuits au Riad Jardin Secret avec mon mari et l’expérience a été magique! De l’accueil, à la décoration, à la qualité de la literie et des petits déjeuners délicieux tout y était pour passer un merveilleux moment loin de nos habitudes françaises et de notre environnement quotidien. Nous avons été dépaysés et en même temps on s’est senti comme à la maison! Youssef a été adorable tout le long du séjour et nous avons eu l’opportunité de rencontrer les propriétaires Julien et Cyrielle qui sont tout autant très accueillant. Le partage de leur histoire autour de leur Riad, rend l’expérience encore plus authentique et c’est un plaisir d’avoir choisit de séjourner dans leur Riad. Merci encore pour ces doux moments passés sur votre magnifique terrasse remplie de cactus et de succulentes . On reviendra c’est certain et sûrement avec notre fils cette fois ci, les enfants semblaient en plus les bienvenus. Je vous recommande sincèrement d’aller au Riad Jardin Secret et de vous laisser transporter par la douceur et la beauté du lieu et de ses hôtes. Camille et Quentin

This hotel is an interior designer's dream. Every room, every corner was carefully thought through and designed beautifully. I only managed to stay here for one night but truly enjoyed the riad and its wonderful atmosphere. The location is also excellent and in my favourite part of the medina and very easy to navigate. You can find the street this riad is on very easily and safely compared to other places I've stayed in the medina. I also enjoyed the roof top as there is a very cute crow's nest type seating area from which you get a fabulous view of Marrakech and can enjoy the sound, sights and buzz of the city. One improvement I'd suggest for the hotel is to speed up the service at breakfast and double check the orange juice served at breakfast. My husband and I had a taxi booked to go to the airport but had to ask the host to speed up as we were waiting for 20 minutes for food. The other thing to mention is that we were served a rotten glass of orange juice. (It was freshly squeezed but the cook had accidentally used a rotten orange and we found little larvae crawling in both of our juices). We let the hotel manager know but she wasn't sure what the word "larvae" meant. Please don't let this put you off your stay at all. We were unlucky with that one orange that was squeezed - the riad overall is simply gorgeous! Also it's worth mentioning how brilliant the service was for airport drop off. The kind host helped us with our luggage and accompanied us straight to our taxi (there's a secret pick up area) that means you don't have to go back into the heart of the medina with your luggage - yay!). I will definitely be back! Thank you

Our visit to Riad Jardin Secret couldn't have been better. This was the first stop on our honeymoon, and the hotel provided an ideal starting place for our daily adventures around the medina. The artistry and craftsmanship of the riad are on display in every corner -- from the courtyard and our bedroom to the gorgeous rooftop. The staff were superb, the breakfasts consistently excellent, and the riad itself strikes the right balance between seclusion and access to all the medina has to offer. We're so happy we stayed here.

We stayed here as a family of 3 in the Suite and the whole experience was great. The Riad itself is beautiful - with great decor and cool art. It has quite a few places to lounge around including the roof terrace where you have breakfast in the mornings. The staff were great and very helpful. Ismail, especially, was always around with a smile to help and give advice. The breakfasts were amazing enough that we had to go light on lunch - they went out of their way to accommodate my dietary restrictions. The only small downside is that the WiFi (as others have mentioned) was spotty and with low reception in our room.

Perfect in every way! All our needs were met, the staff are so kind, friendly and attentive. Whatever we asked for was never too much trouble. We were assisted with all the bookings we had made outside of the Riad and everything was made as smoothly as possible for us. Everything about this Riad is beautiful, from our room to the rooftop and those delicious breakfasts. Shoutout to Youssef for being our go-to and for making our stay so comfortable. We can’t wait to come back!

This is an absolutely beautiful base for exploring Marrakech - a homely, art-filled riad run by a small, friendly team who went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a really authentic experience, like staying with a family rather than booking into a hotel. Although there's no aircon, the design of the riad plus fans means it still felt cool in 40 degree heat. The rooftop breakfasts were a highlight - fresh fruit and warm pastries/cakes with homemade jams every day. Afternoon mint tea always came with little biscuits, apricots and almonds. I can't imagine staying anywhere else and will be returning. Thank you to the wonderful team at Riad Jardin Secret :)

My wife and I just returned from Riad Jardin Secret and found it to be exquisite. The place is soleful and authentic with every detail thought our and delivered. Having breakfast of delicious and fresh foods on the rooftop was a highlight. We have travelled all over the world and our nights at Riad Jardin Secret was as good as it gets.
