Premier Inn Halifax Town Centre

The hotel was close to all animates. Heptonstall was only half an hour away, you were also very close to Haworth which is well worth a visit. The views are breathtaking and if you have time take a drive to Pickering where you can catch a train to Goathland the home of Heartbeat and Harry Potter.

Really is the cleanest premier inn we have stayed in, very friendly staff, clean..fantastic breakfast which is cooked to order and not a buffet style and you actually get still fresh and piping hot and not sat sweating under a bank of heat lamps .& brilliant bar staff, and a very helpful bar manager.the carpark was a bit difficult to find due to the roadworks but would definitely be much easier after this has been completed ..10/10 👍🏻

One of the best premier inns we've stayed in,all of the staff were helpful and friendly, particularly the breakfast staff which was cooked to order.ideal location for our visit the bar staff last night were also on it with the service.would highly recommend

Love the stay, clean room etc have stayed before and would come again. I am really disappointed with the fact I turned up at 2pm and would be charged early check in even though the room was available. I think in any other hotel if the room is available they let you in as it’s good service for the customer. From a customer experience point of view it’s really poor to charge early check in when the room is available for an hour early. We wasn’t the only people who were turned away and advised of the charge which is clearly a money making scheme. Focus on the customer experience rather than the money for once.

I stayed for one night. The room was not very clean and I was left with one bath towel room. Unfortuntalkey ths cleaner had not repaced this form the previos guest who has wiped their backside on the towel ! disgusting.. I had booked the food package but there was not enought staff on and was advised it would be over 1hr 30mins wait for food even thigh the restaurant was 1/3rd full.

I was met with outstanding service I came for a 3 day stay for my birthday beginning of March I felt comfortable staying in a new place and enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere given by staff members. I’d like to mention sana who was a extremly sweet young lady who took care of me through out the course of my stay she recommended me to have breakfast in bed and it was a wonderful experience I enjoyed to the fullest. The room was cleaned and tidy everyday and the house keepers were also very helpful I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay when visiting Halifax will be back again soon
