Tengo a precisare che per motivi di salute non ho potuto soggiornare in questo hotel. Tuttavia ci tengo a lasciare un’ottima recensione e a segnalare quanto cordiali, disponibili, umani ed efficienti siano stati nei miei confronti. Li ho chiamati lo stesso giorno che ho avuto un problema di salute e senza esitare nemmeno un minuto mi hanno augurato una buona guarigione non facendomi perdere nemmeno un euro. Per me questo significa davvero tanto. Vi ringrazio e la mia vacanza a Viterbo è solo rimandata. A presto

Depuis la réservation, pendant le séjour, au petit déjeuner et au départ... service parfait, professionnel et sympathique. Idem au petit déjeuner. Chambre superbe, propre. Bref 4 jours sans problème. Certes le centre historique est un peu loin mais très facile à 5 mn en voiture.

We were looking for a place to rest after our flight and found this beautiful hotel. We didn’t have a reservation but were fortunately enough to have a room available that they even give to us right away so we could rest. We had a light lunch with drinks by the pool. We choose the full pension (including dinner and breakfast). After relaxing in the pool we went for dinner, place looked great and food was really good. Overall an incredible stay with gorgeous sunset
