Fun and spacious home for families and groups located in Massanutten Resort. Three bedrooms on the upstairs main floor include a master ensuite, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a queen bedroom. A fourth bedroom is downstairs and is another master ensuite. There is a queen-size pull-out sofa in the sunroom on the main floor. The upstairs, main floor has the kitchen and dining areas as well as a marvelous sunroom, complete with a 72-inch TV, just off the kitchen, and provides access to a terrific, flat backyard. The backyard has a wonderful patio area with hot tub, fire pit and outdoor dining table. A large, flat backyard has a disc golf set for fun with friends and family. The downstairs of the home has Pac Man and The Simpsons' arcade games, along with an 85-inch TV for watching all your streaming favorites. Comfortable couches, which are electric recliners, provide lots of seating to relax and watch the game. There's even a space for working on board games or puzzles. SURROUNDING AREA Downtown Harrisonburg and James Madison University are 15 miles from our home. Explore the fantastic restaurants, museums and shops downtown. The Shenandoah Valley offers many attractions including caverns, wineries and breweries. The closest Shenandoah River access is only 10 miles from the house. Enjoy tubing and kayaking during warm weather.
