"Le pire hôtel de Mathura ! La plupart du temps, l’électricité est coupée, la climatisation ne fonctionne pas et l’eau ne coule jamais. Je déconseille fortement cet endroit. Toutes les chambres sont nauséabondes, le service est déplorable, ils n’ont pas fourni la télécommande de la climatisation, l’hôtel est infesté de moustiques et l’hygiène laisse à désirer."
