Avis : Kamikochi Hotel

The Ryokan is near Sawando bus terminal, about a 3-4 minute drive. The central part of the hotel is older than it appears in the pictures. Notably, there is no private bath in the room, so bathing is limited to the onsen facilities. Dinner has a mediocre taste, rated 6/10. The meat is chewy, and the fish seems neither fresh nor tender

No shower available inside the room, we need to use the hot spring. However, the water was not hot enough! I found two Japanese ladies use both indoor and outdoor hot spring just for few minutes and then left with disappointment. The food qualities of both dinner and breakfast were not up to the standards of “Onsen” hotels in Japan at this price level I had gone before. Unfortunately this hotel is the only one available for booking on Trip.com near the area of Kamicochi. Will not recommend to anyone.

食物方面蠻不錯，員工有懂英語的，亦十分主動幫忙，地下有一些手信可買，有吃的，有護膚的，有些好可愛的河童記念品。

リニューアルから間もないようで基本部分の古さは残っていますが、掃除は行き届いており施設は清潔でした。食事も肉類に偏ることなくバランスが良かったと思います。 お風呂は源泉とのことですが、熱めでしたので入るのに工夫が必要でした。ただ朝まで湯冷めすることなく薄着で過ごせたのは温泉の威力だと思います。脱衣室が暗いと安心感を損ねるので、もう少し明るい方が良いと思います。 スタッフの皆さんもちょうど良い距離感だったと思いますが、荷物が重かったので欲を言えばエレベーターが欲しいですね。

剛翻新完，很多傢俱設備都是新，但看得出用料質量不是很好。温泉细小環境欠佳，最不好是坐石和温泉踏腳石很多稜角，十分危險，我們都幾乎割傷了，惟有快快離去。晚上環境很静又附近無地方散步，惟晚餐很舒適也不差，服務員都用心解說和招呼，值得一讚!

地點同服務非常好，可惜沒有電梯

有點失望， 名字叫上高地，但距離上高地有點遠要坐公巴才到達. 四周沒有食市，因沒有訂餐，最後只能在酒店里吃咖哩飯. 唯一讚的就是員工服務態度很好。

자연속에서 자연인으로 환상적인 휠링이였습니다 조그만한 노천탕 분위기도 온천물도 좋았어요 그래서인지 벌레들도 온천을 즐기는 것 같아요 ㅎㅎ 음식도 여러가지 종류가 나와 만족했습니다

Traditional onsen style Japanese hotel. Minimal English speaking but we got along just fine using a Translator App on our phone. Basic Japanese rooms with futons on the floor but the food was very good and the staff made that extra effort to make us feel welcome because of language. Good hot spring bath and on main road to Kamikochi so the buses went past regularly and not a long journey.
