L'hôtel est situé au centre de Matsumoto. Il n'est pas loin de la gare et de nombreux restaurants. C'est très pratique. Il y a un Family Mart à côté de l'hôtel.

Hotel is centrally located between the river and train station, with a good size cafe located on ground level. Indoor car park is available for a fee of 1,200 yen. Many restaurants are scattered around and within walking distance. Will stay here again when we return to Matsumoto

The room was great: big, clean, modern. Just what we needed after a few days of small Japanese hotel rooms. But we were surprised there was no water available for hotel guests. I think water is not the right place to save money as a hotel.

Very good hotel in Mutsumoto, close to walking street and Mutsumoto castle by walk. Room is comfortable, breakfast is very delicious and variety.

Awesome hotel. Very clean with all amenities you can imagine, like face masks, drip coffee, green tea, bathing salt, creams, lotions, toothbrush and much more! Very friendly staff. Parking was easy just beside the hotel in a parking Tower which costs 1200¥. Perfect location. All major attractions of Matsumoto are close by.

We sent our luggages from the previous hotel by delivery service the day before. Hotel staff received our luggages and brought to our room before we checked in. The hotel is located within 15 minutes walk down the main road from the Matsumoto JR Station.
