We were very unpleasantly surprised upon our arrival there. The resort manager Crystelle literally shouted at us, no hi hello, no greeting whatsoever, and asked us to keep our car on the road outside the location. She literally barged in and 'attacked' us. When we were trying to look for a solution she was shouting even more! We were not even given the opportunity to even talk. It was nowhere mentioned that there is a limitation on the number of vehicles that we could bring. We booked a villa of 8 people and were to stay for 3 nights therefore also brought with us our food stuff. However a big fuss was made just for a parking spot!! Had we been informed of that we would have travelled in just 2 cars but we did not know plus we were shouted upon. I have never seen a worse customer service. Imagine being stressed, looking forward to a vacation, and being welcome like this! Just because of an extra vehicle! On top the linen was dirty, white linen with loads of yellow patches. There were only 6 welcome drinks for 8 people. But these were pretty minor and forgivable.
