7 Cascades Restaurant Bar & Lodges

I dined at 7 cascades today and was deeply disappointed by the service, especially from a waiter named Kiran. From the moment we arrived, Kieran's attitude set a negative tone for the afternoon lunch service. He seemed grumpy, unwelcoming, and utterly uninterested in providing a pleasant dining experience. There were no smiles, no politeness—just an air of someone who clearly didn’t want to be there. The issues didn’t stop with his demeanor. The food took an unreasonable amount of time to arrive, which might have been more bearable if it had been served correctly. We specifically requested no mayonnaise, and yet, what was delivered to our table? A burger slathered in mayonnaise. To top it off, the lettuce in the salad had black, part wilted leaves. We asked for a customized bol reverse, which came to us with ingredients that we said not to put! In summary, the service was abysmal, and the food quality didn’t make up for it. Kieran's lack of professionalism and the kitchen's mistakes made this an experience I wouldn’t want to repeat. I hope the management takes note and addresses these issues because, as it stands, I can’t recommend this place.

The venue is a nice place and lovely views. No welcoming drink, bad welcome, staff don't care at all. No indoor activity available either We had water issues- no hot water available The restaurant is open only at lunch time so don't expect anything before.. Tips :if you going for day use bring on snacks and drinks..

Staff are not well trained and room is terrible.. Our welcome drink glass was not clean, we weren't given the right info about our package, sureka is a very nice lady but lack of training will ruin her.. Very bad experience Staff not trained at all No welcoming, met a guy from the acc dep I guess..did not even say hello when he saw we just arrived! Wow! At least a hello dude ! Surekha you should know your menu before assisting Customers.. long after ordering our foid we came to know that we could not get our Seafood pasta because they did not have the white sauce and gave us the option of tomato sauce.. Maybe because my sister used to work there that’s why you thought that we should not get a good service.. To the one who is in charge of this restaurant, please be so kind to train your staff of how to always smile, say hello.. basic Customer service training! It’s really important.. As someone who works in the tourism industry, I was really disappointed of the service.. No welcoming maybe I can understand due to lack of staff but the moment the guy saw us at least Hello, welcome to .. (the restaurant’s name) The staff were not professional at all ! You may be experienced but lack the Customer Service part.. to listen well.. She even mention to us that the Chef will go at 3pm so we need to be quick to decide what to eat because my sis came late ! Well what a great Customer service !! Not only that, maybe a proper hand over before the end of her shift, she could have introduced us to the next guy who was going to take over our table.. Moreover, I forgot to mention.. I liked the fact that they already prepared the table for us but when we went upstairs It was really dirty! It’s only now when we decided to have our lunch upstairs that she started to clean and prepare everything.. What a restaurant! I wanted to surprise my cousin who recently came from France but was surprised myself.. I wanted to recommend more friends from the tourism industry as they always say Gesha you live in Henrietta why don’t you recommend this place.. Well after this experience No way I’m going to recommend this restaurant! Last but not least no one even bid us farewell! No one asked if everything went well.. The only thing we liked there was the view! Breathtaking view.. 😍 the staff needs some training about basic Customer Service!

Die Pension ist für einen Besuch der Tamarin Falls optimal gelegen. Allerdings benötigt man für den Besuch auch nur einen halben Tag. Wir haben zwei Nächte ich der Pension verbracht und waren die einzigen (!) Gäste; zur Übernachtung, Frühstück und Abendessen. Die Bungalows sind sehr urig, was die Übernachtung wieder interessant macht. Wie gesagt hätte eine Übernachtung ausgereicht. Das Personal war freundlich aber hatte auch nur bedingt Lust, sich um nur eine Familie zu kümmern. Der Billiardtisch steht nicht mehr zur Verfügung und WiFi gibt es auch nicht.
