This well-known hotel that has chain worldwide could be one of the best choices to stay in Medan. Its has a rooftop pool that view the Medan city. However, the toilet need to be clean properly as the dirty on the wall. Since its rated as 4 star hotel, its should be take care of cleanliness of the toilet and also the room wall. To get local food such as Famous Bakso and Ucok Durian, tourist could get it by walking or grab. Recommended

I arrived early morning and requested for an early check in. By then a lot of guests were checking out, and I was assigned a room at around 11.30 am which was good, especially when i was just coming from an early morning flight The breakfast was so so, not so good given the price of the room

Très agréable dans cet hôtel, au-delà des attentes il s'est avéré être un très bon hôtel. La chambre est grande et spacieuse. Mais très déçu quand j'ai vu que les offres de petit-déjeuner étaient très peu de variantes. Dans l'ensemble, je suis assez satisfait de mon séjour dans cet hôtel. ..

Un jour si bon que je passe là .. la vue était aussi très impressionnant.. et le service était si bon.. Je vais visiter très bientôt encore inshaAllah

L'hôtel est très confortable, mais vous pouvez vous rendre à Marriot... - pas utiles, même si nous sommes membres de leur groupe... mais aux personnalités politiques qui restent là aussi un traitement spécial... - Je demande juste de me débarrasser du bruit, mais ils me soumettent intentionnellement à plus de bruit. STRESSED!!!! - le lit est petit. - la toilette n'est qu'une douche sur la tête. - pas de shaver et de comb... - le réfrigérateur ne froid pas... - le petit déjeuner, donc.... les aliments ne sont pas chauds et sont durs... les aliments ne se remplissent pas immédiatement... le seul bon repas est le Longong Medan... - Le bar servie Margarita était mauvais... Pour moi, je vais passer cet hôtel là où je peux... à moins qu'il n'y ait plus d'hôtels meilleurs...

Chambre propre, accès facile, service excellent, confortable, belle expérience ...bon travail.. Comme cet hôtel Next Trip séjour à l'hôtel J'espère que prochainement je vais avoir une autre expérience magnifique pour les vacances ou les voyages familiaux.

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

les chambres sont bien, le petit déjeuner est aussi très varié cm déçu car la piscine était fermée à cause du covid. Les enfants sont tellement déçus qu'ils ne savent pas nager

The hotel is located conveniently next to an IndoMart. The rooms are nice with a window looking down on the reception area below. The beds are a little hard. Aircon and hot water works well. There is a full sized fridge but freezer does not work. The breakfast buffet has quite a bit of variety with hot station. I recommend booking the in-hotel massage service.
