I arrived early morning and requested for an early check in. By then a lot of guests were checking out, and I was assigned a room at around 11.30 am which was good, especially when i was just coming from an early morning flight The breakfast was so so, not so good given the price of the room

This well-known hotel that has chain worldwide could be one of the best choices to stay in Medan. Its has a rooftop pool that view the Medan city. However, the toilet need to be clean properly as the dirty on the wall. Since its rated as 4 star hotel, its should be take care of cleanliness of the toilet and also the room wall. To get local food such as Famous Bakso and Ucok Durian, tourist could get it by walking or grab. Recommended

Très agréable dans cet hôtel, au-delà des attentes il s'est avéré être un très bon hôtel. La chambre est grande et spacieuse. Mais très déçu quand j'ai vu que les offres de petit-déjeuner étaient très peu de variantes. Dans l'ensemble, je suis assez satisfait de mon séjour dans cet hôtel. ..

L'hôtel est très confortable, vous pouvez vous rendre à l'hôtel à l'aéroport de Kualanamu. Et nous allions à Rantau Prapat en utilisant le train Sri bilah qui est juste en bas. Quel hôtel approprié, n'est-ce pas? Ils ont aussi un congélateur si nous avons besoin de conserver des repas. Et vous pouvez emprunter un sec-hair si vous en avez besoin. I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

Les services sont bons, confortables, bonnes lignes de nettoyage, une très spacieuse, un très humble et amical services, jusqu'à présent tout cela est si bon, et je suis recommandé de réserver favehotel ils offrent également un meilleur service , prix abordable aussi.

The hotel is located conveniently next to an IndoMart. The rooms are nice with a window looking down on the reception area below. The beds are a little hard. Aircon and hot water works well. There is a full sized fridge but freezer does not work. The breakfast buffet has quite a bit of variety with hot station. I recommend booking the in-hotel massage service.

Nous n'avons séjourné que dans cet hôtel parce que nous assistions à une réception de mariage qui se tiendra là. J'ai séjourné dans plus de 150 hôtels dans le monde et pour la première fois j'ai dû payer un dépôt remboursable pour un contrôle à distance pour la chambre A/C. La salle de bain est extrêmement petite. Mon chat ne pouvait pas swinger un chat dans elle. Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude à 17 h après avoir fait 5 heures pour y arriver et il était vraiment nécessaire de se refroidir. À notre déjeuner, j'ai demandé à la réception de ceci et on m'a dit que, en raison de ”problèmes techniques”, nous ne pouvions avoir que de l'eau chaude de 6 - 8AM et de 6 - 8PM. Le récepteur m'a alors montré un document que je n'avais pas vu ni montré lors du contrôle de la situation. Je suggé que les invités en soient informés lors du contrôle. Le personnel n'avait pas connaissance de ce qui se passait à la propriété. Nous avons demandé s'il y avait de la musique en direct. Le récepteur nous a dirigés vers deux endroits sur la propriété, mais chacun était fermé. Seul le disco était ouvert. La nourriture dans le restaurant était le mieux médiocre. Ils essaient de faire ce barbecue à la table, mais il ne le livre pas. Il y avait beaucoup de plaques, tasses, verres et ainsi de suite, mais seulement une cuillère. Il n'y a pas de lumière au-dessus du cabinet où vous faites du thé ou préparez des snacks, etc. La lumière au-dessus du miroir de maquillage/de brouillard n'était pas en service. Ils ne vérifient pas clairement que tout fonctionne quand ils nettoient les chambres. Les meubles, les tapis, le cabinet, les couvertures de murs, etc. sont très datés. Le lit était confortable et le mur couché derrière le lit était relativement nouveau. Il n'y a pas de caisse dans la chambre. Je sais que les caisses sont coûteuses et il y a toujours des problèmes techniques, mais tout bien que chaque propriété qui dit qu'il est 4-star a une caisse. La pire partie d'un point de vue de la sécurité est que les portes de l'ascenseur sont fermées dans un très court délai. J'ai blessé mon bras, la porte m'a fermée dans 5 ou si peu de secondes et m'a frappé assez dur. Une petite grand-mère aurait pu être gravement blessée. Personne ne semble s'en soucier. Il s'agit d'un problème évident et il aurait dû être réglé. Le restaurant n'a pas stocké de bière, de vin ou d'autres boissons alcoolisées. Le personnel est utile, prêt, courtois et respectueux, mais pas bien formé.
