Les services sont bons, confortables, bonnes lignes de nettoyage, une très spacieuse, un très humble et amical services, jusqu'à présent tout cela est si bon, et je suis recommandé de réserver favehotel ils offrent également un meilleur service , prix abordable aussi.

Un jour si bon que je passe là .. la vue était aussi très impressionnant.. et le service était si bon.. Je vais visiter très bientôt encore inshaAllah

The restaurant in Aryaduta called The Kitchen, I have tried their Watermelon Yogurt, and it was delicious. I couldn't finish and ask them pack for me, they even take the initiative to send it to my room. Very good service.

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

Bon hôtel pour rester. Était là pour un voyage de travail. Cependant, la climatisation était gâchée et les obligeait à venir nettoyer tous les soirs. Le robinet de douche a des saletés qui ne peuvent pas être enlevées. Le petit déjeuner était correct même s'il y avait beaucoup de variété. Je suis allé à leur massage sur place et l'endroit est très propre Relié à un centre commercial et propose une très bonne cuisine à côté.

Positive points: - Comfortable bed - Clean room (except the bathroom) - Smart tv with streaming apps (but you must have your own subscription) - Room size - parquet floor - Location Negative points - Deposit is a MUST (hotel thinks that any guest has malicious intent to steal room items. Please, they’re not even the top of the line). You cannot use this deposit to pay room service (maybe can if you deposit more, like much more). Upon checking out, the front desk will have sb checking the room before refunding your deposit. Geez. - soundproofing is non existent. You can hear ppl next door, the traffic, nearby train, and worst, the noise from the club on top floor). Tried staying in a room facing the pool. It helped to reduce some noise from traffic and train, but does not eliminate it (and they charge more for this room!!) - breakfast is basic - bathroom drainage cannot completely drain water. Take a shower in the evening and you will still see some puddle in the morning. Gross. - wifi is hit and miss

Le gestionnaire, M. Saut Purba, a été très utile pour m'aider à faire mes réservations. Il a essayé de répondre à ma demande, comme la chambre de connexion et le même niveau de sol parce que j'étais avec ma grande famille. La meilleure surprise était de mettre à niveau la chambre au 10e étage pour moi. Merci beaucoup! M. Saut a également aidé à organiser la surprise de naissance pour mon frère-in-law, certains membres de notre personnel nous joignent pour bagarrer dans sa chambre avec de belles gâteaus de bday et de désirs. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, la nourriture est délicieuse, moi et ma famille l'aimaient. Cet hôtel a servi plusieurs choix sur leur petit déjeuner buffet. Cet hôtel a également une belle piscine, il n'était pas grand mais propre et sûr pour les enfants. Le personnel de l'office frontal est magnifique pendant mon check-out.

Booked 2 executive suite x2 nights for an affordable price. Basic hotel under the the Marriott brand. Location not that great as compared to other hotels in Medan City Centre, not walking distance to any amenities/convenience stores. Security was great as expected, so you’ll be safe staying here. Checked in at 5.30pm yet one out of two rooms was still not ready. The bathtub was dirty with hair and dirt on it, probably due to housekeeping rushing to clean rooms. There is banks directly in the hotel facility, so if you need to withdraw cash it is very convenient. Overall: 2.5/5
