I arrived early morning and requested for an early check in. By then a lot of guests were checking out, and I was assigned a room at around 11.30 am which was good, especially when i was just coming from an early morning flight The breakfast was so so, not so good given the price of the room

Très agréable dans cet hôtel, au-delà des attentes il s'est avéré être un très bon hôtel. La chambre est grande et spacieuse. Mais très déçu quand j'ai vu que les offres de petit-déjeuner étaient très peu de variantes. Dans l'ensemble, je suis assez satisfait de mon séjour dans cet hôtel. ..

The rooms are good, nice and clean, I stay with my family during the year end holiday, the bath room good and clean, we took the family room and the room large and properly set up, thank you for Mr Suhendra Marjan the EHK who already set up the room properly and make our memorable holiday. The breakfast experience also there are many variant of food, I like mie gomak.

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

L'emplacement est proche du centre-ville, donc peu importe où vous allez, la distance à parcourir est très courte. Et c'est tant mieux car la pièce est dure. Ce repas est correct. Mais pour ce prix, c'est un bon hôtel. Quand je suis descendu du taxi, j'ai vu de nombreux restaurants autour. Cependant, j'utilise principalement Grab mobile. Surtout, il est propre car le sol est en bois.

L'hôtel est très confortable, vous pouvez vous rendre à l'hôtel à l'aéroport de Kualanamu. Et nous allions à Rantau Prapat en utilisant le train Sri bilah qui est juste en bas. Quel hôtel approprié, n'est-ce pas? Ils ont aussi un congélateur si nous avons besoin de conserver des repas. Et vous pouvez emprunter un sec-hair si vous en avez besoin. L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable.

La pression de douche est extrêmement faible, et ils ne peuvent pas l'augmenter, peu importe comment vous le réglez et même obtenir l'ingénierie pour le regarder. 2. Les installations ne sont pas rénovées, c'est-à-dire la piscine. 3. Les autres clients sont un cauchemar (partie 1) qu'ils fument dans la piscine, puis continuent à jeter des bouts de cigarettes et à laisser la piscine. Le client se met en pleine robe et saute dans la piscine. Les autres clients (partie 2) ne considèrent pas les clients qui sont extrêmement bruyants, et ont continué à déplacer les meubles en dehors de la nuit 4h et de la matin 8h, sans parler, ils fument dans la chambre non-fumeur et l'odeur est en dehors de ma chambre, en raison de la ventilation partagée. 1mile rupiah est trop peu!! Certaines suggestions, avoir une sortie directe à la piscine, au lieu de passer par la salle de fumée au niveau 2. Peut-être mettre un couple non indonésien sur le même étage, au lieu de les mélanger avec d'autres invités irréguliers. Avoir un garde pour contrôler les personnes dans la piscine pour s'assurer que les règles de la piscine sont appliquées, sachant que les invités indonésiens ont 0 éducation sur les règles de suivi.

La chambre était spacieuse, les équipements étaient bons, la piscine était bon, le personnel était amicale

Chambre propre, accès facile, service excellent, confortable, belle expérience ...bon travail.. Comme cet hôtel Next Trip séjour à l'hôtel J'espère que prochainement je vais avoir une autre expérience magnifique pour les vacances ou les voyages familiaux.

Je me suis fait séjourner ici pour mon voyage d'affaires. La connexion Wifi m'a soutenu beaucoup pendant que j'avais des réunions en ligne. Cette maison de service est entièrement meublée. Ils ont une chambre spacieuse. Le service du personnel était étonnant et très utile. Located in the center of Medan, make it easy to get everywhere for my business trip.
