Je voudrais toutefois faire quelques suggestions. L'entrée frontale a des pas forts, s'il vous plaît envisager d'installer une rampe de côté pour aider les personnes ayant des problèmes de mobilité et les personnes transportant des bagages lourds. Encore une fois, il peut s'agir de personnes moins en mesure de passer par les voitures parcées. Encouragez les clients à utiliser le parc de voiture sous-sol afin de laisser le front moins congestionné. Je resterai ici si je visite Medan.

Il est à pied à la gare de centre-ville et de la station de métro. Il a eu un café et un mart à mixer devant l'hôtel. Le lit était si confortable et doux. le contrôle en cours de procédure très rapide. Appréciez cela. eau chaude et douche aussi nice. Ils ont un spa pour Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. C'est une sorte de mépris que je ne veux pas répéter le service. . commencer à 12.20 pm mais terminer à 14 h. si vous voulez payer pour la bonne quantité de temps que vous obtenez. l'hôtel dispose de service de stockage pour bagages juste si vous voulez sortir / à la malle après avoir vérifié le temps avant de retourner à l'aéroport. Je répèterai le séjour mais pas le service de spa.

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

The restaurant in Aryaduta called The Kitchen, I have tried their Watermelon Yogurt, and it was delicious. I couldn't finish and ask them pack for me, they even take the initiative to send it to my room. Very good service.

Last night was pleasant trying out packed Medan foods and drinks bought at nearby POS Bloc and tibits from Deli Mall TranMart. The fridge was handy when keeping my Es Kestari (lemon lime) drink chilled. The Ayam Penyat Nasi came with nicely done plating and delicious fried Nasi and crackers. Early morning was a chore to train station with an early transit flight to catch back to SG.

Location stratégique dans le centre-ville. Très propre, confortable. Les enfants ont aussi dormi bien. Le petit déjeuner est également assez bon. Avoir séjourné à cet hôtel plusieurs fois. Très recommandé.

L'hôtel est très confortable et confortable. La salle de sport était la meilleure que j'aie vu dans tous les hôtels que j'ai visités en Asie, les équipements et les installations de qualité professionnelle. Les chambres étaient plus anciennes, mais très spacieuses, confortables et bien entretenues Mais la chose qui m'a fait la plus agréable était le magnifique personnel et le service qu'ils ont fourni. Le personnel de cet hôtel est allé voir et aider de toute façon, rien n'a été trop difficile. Si je suis encore à Medan, je resterais certainement encore là.

Booked 2 executive suite x2 nights for an affordable price. Basic hotel under the the Marriott brand. Location not that great as compared to other hotels in Medan City Centre, not walking distance to any amenities/convenience stores. Security was great as expected, so you’ll be safe staying here. Checked in at 5.30pm yet one out of two rooms was still not ready. The bathtub was dirty with hair and dirt on it, probably due to housekeeping rushing to clean rooms. There is banks directly in the hotel facility, so if you need to withdraw cash it is very convenient. Overall: 2.5/5

Revue quelques points d'autres voyageurs. Choisissez cet hôtel pour visiter la ville medan. La chambre est odeur et hk pas de changer de lits ni de pillow case. Pas de remplacement d'équipements toilettes. pas de rouleau de tissus jusqu'à ce que je devrais sortir de leur salle de magasin HK. La pression de l'eau était trop lente. Le petit déjeuner était si.. seulement i 💕 est kelupis.. Le personnel de l'hôtel a été très efficace pour nettoyer la table même si vous n'avez pas fini votre repas encore 🥴... Un des employés devrait être reconnu sincèrement parce que j'ai laissé mon sac à des restaurants et elle a gardé mon sac. Concierge doit changer aux jeunes. Ne regardez pas tous les invités étrangers.

Very close and convenient to the airport. Rather than waiting for the free shuttle, we downloaded the Grab app for a fast pickup and ride. The hotel staff were very helpful via WhatsApp in advance of our stay and we appreciated their excellent communication skills in English while we were there. The breakfast was fun and impressive in a beautiful big dining room with lots of fresh food options and jazz music for ambiance. Room was very clean and spacious--we asked for an extra bed so three adults could stay in our room and they actually set it up with two extra beds! Would definitely stay here again going in or out of Medan. There is an ATM in the lobby, very helpful given the challenges of finding money exchangers. Note, the hotel's name has changed--it is now D'Prima Hotel Kualanamu, not Prime Plaza.
