Hôtels proches de Commercial Passage East, Medellín

Trois hommes ont marqué dans ma chambre pendant mon séjour sans avis, tandis que deux de mes camarades étaient déshabillés et la gestion de l'hôtel ne fera rien !! J'ai loué 9 chambres d'hôtel et une salle de conférence à l'hôtel Dorado pour 30 dirigeants de mon orga sans but lucratif pendant 4 jours. Le 2e jour de notre séjour, un homme mystérieux a été embarqué dans notre chambre sans avis et a vu mon camarade de chambre totalement déshabillée. Nous avons été chez les gestionnaires d'hôtel Joanna et Marco et ils ne feront pas une seule chose à ce sujet. Peu après avoir rapporté cela, Marco a accusé notre chambre avec un autre homme derrière lui, qui n'avait pas été complètement annoncé, n'a pas frappé, a juste ouvert la porte alors qu'une autre fille était déshabillée et ne quittait pas la chambre qui prétend qu'il essaie de « corriger le problème ». Marco et Joanna doivent être renvoyés ! À ce moment, toutes les filles de mon organisation étaient effrayées, certains pleuraient, nous avons tous senti UNSAFE. Ils ont des caméras sur chaque étage et quand nous leur avons demandé de réclamer qu'il n'y a pas de photo de ces événements (comme convenable!!!) alors maintenant nous déposons un recours contre eux afin qu'ils puissent nous laisser la photo. Sur tout ce traumatisme mental et émotionnel, mes filles ont passé, j'ai dépensé plus de 3 000 $ pour les chambres d'hôtel, les salles de conférence, et les restaurants d'hôtel et l'hôtel ne nous rembourse pas pour les services et les chambres que nous n'avons pas utilisés après les incidents. Au moins ils peuvent le faire.

L'hôtel dit être 3 étoiles, je dirais 1 à 2 étoiles. Savons dégagés avec quelques trous par dégagement. Toile petite, épais et avec odeur de savon bon marché. J'ai dû demander une autre. On était 2 personnes. Le terrain frit et la douche donne directement au lit de la chambre. Chapeaux minimaux et de mauvaise qualité. Climatisation très vieux. Entrez le bruit de la rue, la musique, etc. La zone de la réception et l'ascenseur normal

We would have rated this hotel at 5* but a checking out issue spoilt the whole stay for us! Yes the room needed a little attention - the shower nozzle hung down out of the ceiling, the shower handle came off the temperature regulator every time you adjusted it, the toilet seat kept falling down & had to be held up for me (male!),, the toilet itself was not fixed equi distant in the space between the shower screen & the wall & made sitting on it uncomfortable as you would then be squashed ........but none of these were major & would not have impacted our stay very seriously. We enjoyed the breakfast & the staff, generally were very good & helpful Upon checking out, we left a 50,000 COP tip. Then, On getting into our taxi, we were called back to be told we needed to pay 50,000 COP for a ”broken door key card”. The previous evening the door card did not work & it was replaced with nothing at that time being said. Now apparently we had ”damaged” it I refused to pay & said if they wanted the money to take it from the 50,000 COP tip I have stayed in hundreds of hotels using electronic key cards & if they ever had a problem, they were reprogrammed or replaced without issue Never have I encountered this situation before & I was annoyed & very disappointed that after a great stay, this was how it ended. As I said, this would probably have been a 5* review.....

L'hôtel est très confortable et propose de nombreuses sortes de petits-déjeuners. Le prix est élevé et l'emplacement est très bon. Il y a des pharmacies, des banques, des glaciers et plusieurs très bons restaurants à proximité.

Hôtel très joli, classe avec une salle de sport un petit peu ancien mais suffisante. La piscine est l’accès extérieur est jolie. Bonne literie bonne décoration chambre confortable. En revanche la pression des toilettes est loin d’être suffisante ce qui peut être gênant. Le petit déjeuner Était bon mais un peu répétitif au niveau des produits proposés. Très bonne situation géographique car nous sommes sur l’avenue principale de la ville dans un quartier populaire.

I genuinely don't understand how this hostels gets such high reviews. I booked my stay at this Selina because my first experience staying at a Selina in Guatemala was so good. However this Selina is very rundown. My friend and I were in a 12 room dorm and we're charged close to $20 a night. Our room had no air conditioning, the room looked like it had just been thrown together at the last minute, no lamp available in each bunk, the little shelves arent securely placed in the wall so you can't place anything on them without your things slipping off. The bathroom has no soap or garbage can and the rooms don't seem like there's anyone who regularly cleans them. Since my reservation was non refundable I stuck it our for 4 days and when I needed to book one more night not wanting to which hostels for one night I was charged $26! For the most basic run down accommodations. I really don't understand the pricing. Although the hostel is in a great location, the windows aren’t sealed so it’s super noisy until 4 am at weekends. It’s very much a party hostel! The co working space is nice however and large and the onsite cafe has great food and coffee. Wouldn’t recommend, as it seems like there are a lot nicer hostels in the area.

La chambre d'hôtel était belle et Gustavo était très utile. Nous n'étions pas un fan des chambres d'hôtel limitées offertes dans la chambre tout devait être acheté et le bar et la piscine étaient toujours fermés pendant notre séjour (même si la réception a dit qu'il était ouvert). Il y a eu des bruits au-dessus de la construction ou du déplacement des meubles le matin. Le petit déjeuner était extrêmement coûteux, alors essayez de le recevoir quand vous réservez votre chambre ou de aller au centre-ville pour manger. Le lit du roi est plus comme un lit plein, alors prenez cela en considération.

We had a relaxing stay at the Fairfield by Marriott Medellin Sabaneta. The location of the hotel is walking distance from Mayorca Shopping Outlet Mall. Walking through Mayorca Shopping Outlet you will get to the metro. The metro is a good transportation method to travel in Medellin. The room is spacious, comfortable and secure. The room also has e beautiful city view. The hotel also offers free buffet breakfast. Which is open from 6 am to 10 am. The staff is friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Jefferson. He was very welcoming, very attentive and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located and has friendly staff. Would recommend the Fairfield by Marriott Medellin Sabaneta if you are looking for a hotel to stay in.

Excellent experience Excellent location near the Airport. We arrived late by the time we cleared customs picked our bags it was close to 2am. Malheureusement, je ne pouvais pas trouver le numéro pour l'hôtel à appeler le transbordeur, nous avons pris un taxi et il a facturé 60 000 pesos qui sont comme $13.dollars. Les lits sont très confortables nous avons une suite. Les chambres sont spacieuses et l'AC fonctionne bien. Le petit déjeuner était très bon avec une grande variété.
