L'hôtel est très confortable et propose de nombreuses sortes de petits-déjeuners. Le prix est élevé et l'emplacement est très bon. Il y a des pharmacies, des banques, des glaciers et plusieurs très bons restaurants à proximité.

Trois hommes ont marqué dans ma chambre pendant mon séjour sans avis, tandis que deux de mes camarades étaient déshabillés et la gestion de l'hôtel ne fera rien !! J'ai loué 9 chambres d'hôtel et une salle de conférence à l'hôtel Dorado pour 30 dirigeants de mon orga sans but lucratif pendant 4 jours. Le 2e jour de notre séjour, un homme mystérieux a été embarqué dans notre chambre sans avis et a vu mon camarade de chambre totalement déshabillée. Nous avons été chez les gestionnaires d'hôtel Joanna et Marco et ils ne feront pas une seule chose à ce sujet. Peu après avoir rapporté cela, Marco a accusé notre chambre avec un autre homme derrière lui, qui n'avait pas été complètement annoncé, n'a pas frappé, a juste ouvert la porte alors qu'une autre fille était déshabillée et ne quittait pas la chambre qui prétend qu'il essaie de « corriger le problème ». Marco et Joanna doivent être renvoyés ! À ce moment, toutes les filles de mon organisation étaient effrayées, certains pleuraient, nous avons tous senti UNSAFE. Ils ont des caméras sur chaque étage et quand nous leur avons demandé de réclamer qu'il n'y a pas de photo de ces événements (comme convenable!!!) alors maintenant nous déposons un recours contre eux afin qu'ils puissent nous laisser la photo. Sur tout ce traumatisme mental et émotionnel, mes filles ont passé, j'ai dépensé plus de 3 000 $ pour les chambres d'hôtel, les salles de conférence, et les restaurants d'hôtel et l'hôtel ne nous rembourse pas pour les services et les chambres que nous n'avons pas utilisés après les incidents. Au moins ils peuvent le faire.

We would have rated this hotel at 5* but a checking out issue spoilt the whole stay for us! Yes the room needed a little attention - the shower nozzle hung down out of the ceiling, the shower handle came off the temperature regulator every time you adjusted it, the toilet seat kept falling down & had to be held up for me (male!),, the toilet itself was not fixed equi distant in the space between the shower screen & the wall & made sitting on it uncomfortable as you would then be squashed ........but none of these were major & would not have impacted our stay very seriously. We enjoyed the breakfast & the staff, generally were very good & helpful Upon checking out, we left a 50,000 COP tip. Then, On getting into our taxi, we were called back to be told we needed to pay 50,000 COP for a ”broken door key card”. The previous evening the door card did not work & it was replaced with nothing at that time being said. Now apparently we had ”damaged” it I refused to pay & said if they wanted the money to take it from the 50,000 COP tip I have stayed in hundreds of hotels using electronic key cards & if they ever had a problem, they were reprogrammed or replaced without issue Never have I encountered this situation before & I was annoyed & very disappointed that after a great stay, this was how it ended. As I said, this would probably have been a 5* review.....

Je n’aime pas commencer par le négatif donc je vais commencer par dire ce qui va très bien dans cet hostel : l’accueil, les filles qui ont toujours le sourire et mettent une bonne ambiance, tous les services que l’hôtel propose, même par temps de pluie vous aurez de quoi vous occupez. Cependant je pense qu’il est utile de soulever qques autres points (et c’est la première fois que je mets un commentaire négatif sur TripAdvisor) : Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans la chambre individuelle jaguar au 3ème étage. Nous avons été surpris qu’il n’y ait pas du tout de fenêtre dans cette chambre. La chambre était très propre mais petite et on se sent enfermé sans lumière naturelle. Mais le plus gros point négatif a vraiment été le bruit. La chambre n’est PAS DU TOUT insonorisée. Le bruit du rooftop résonne énormément. C’est très bien d’avoir un rooftop et un bar et ça amène un + à l’hôtel. Mais il faudrait trouver une solution pour que ça n’impacte pas les personnes qui séjournent. Nous avions une grosse route à faire le lendemain et avons du nous coucher vers 22h, impossible, vraiment impossible de penser à fermer un œil. Le bruit s’est calmé à l’arrêt de la musique vers 23h mais il y avait encore beaucoup de bruit des jeunes qui squattaient. Je ne critique pas du tout ces jeunes, qui ont envie de profiter mais il faudrait trouver un système avec les deux bâtiments qu’offre l’hôtel pour réserver un endroit plus calme à ceux qui veulent dormir ou trouver un moyen d’insonoriser les chambres. Bref allez y pour profiter entre jeunes grâce à tous les services qu’offre l’hôtel mais n’y allez surtout pas pour dormir.

Me gustó mucho el servicio, las personas son muy amables. La habitación muy cómoda, organizada, cada detalle bien cuidado, la cama súper cómoda. El restaurante es muy bonito también, la comida estuvo muy rápido y estaba muy rica. Había música en vivo, toda la experiencia fue inolvidable. El lugar es tranquilo, seguro, los súper recomiendo.

Excellent experience Excellent location near the Airport. We arrived late by the time we cleared customs picked our bags it was close to 2am. Malheureusement, je ne pouvais pas trouver le numéro pour l'hôtel à appeler le transbordeur, nous avons pris un taxi et il a facturé 60 000 pesos qui sont comme $13.dollars. Les lits sont très confortables nous avons une suite. Les chambres sont spacieuses et l'AC fonctionne bien. Le petit déjeuner était très bon avec une grande variété.

Hôtel près de la route principale, si vous y allez avec des enfants et utilisez une poussette c'est un peu compliqué en raison des pentes raides dues à la géographie de la région, à votre arrivée, ils vous offrent un cocktail de bienvenue pour les adultes (pas très bon) et des glaces pour les enfants, en général le petit déjeuner est assez copieux et bon, nous n'étions qu'une nuit pour un vol de correspondance, l'aéroport international est à environ 1h

Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel vers 21h le lit supplémentaire n’était tjrs pas installé dans la chambre. Problème d’évacuation dans la salle de bain. Les chambres sont grandes, bonne literie. Petit déjeuner très complet mais de mauvaise qualité. Les jus sont sans saveur, les viennoiseries infectes ( difficilement acceptable pour une chaîne française) l’expresso est en supplément. Le personnel à la réception n’est pas d’une grande sympathie. Mis à part les bagagistes l’accueil n’est pas ce qui valorise l’hôtel. Bref...une déception

We stayed one week as I am Colombia and my husband is not and was a little shy to stay at my mothers house around the corner. Picked because of the reviews and location. Room was comfortable, although even if you have your dnd they will come in and turnoff the ac. Fridge never refilled. You have to ask for water at reception but beware if the restaurant is closed they will have none. I’ve travelled extensively and both my husband and I work in hotels. This is the first hotel to ever call you every day at 8:55 am to tell you breakfast is about to end, and if you would like your order brought up. I mean someone else might like that, but we hated it!!! I understand the guy thought he was doing a favor and yes maybe 2 days out of the 7 but Jesus! Don’t do that. Shower comfortable however they don’t have conditioner and you must call down for a blow dryer. Bed was comfortable and we were in the largest suite on the top floor. However the ac is placed in a location where when turned on it blows directly at the bed! It’s impossible to sleep like that as you will need it on blast to cool the room since they have turned it off for you and it’s so directly on you that you will get sick. Now I had three things that have gone missing from my room. One of which was a pink purse. Luckily it was a Nine West purse and not one of my very expensive Gucci purses. This I called the reception on the same day as check out to first ask them if I had left it behind, not only were they very defensive about it but also offensive. The receptionist ( gentleman) said oh you sure you didn’t drop it as i seen you leave with so much stuff. And he also said why would you just bring it up now. Mind you I made this call about one hour after checking out. I said to him because I wanted to make sure it wasn’t in my bag. The purse was placed next to my sneakers which were the exact same color. Now you see I would just think that it got tangled up with the sheets, but one thing occurred which made me think something was not right. On one day, I took the end off the door since the waiter brought up our food. We stayed late in bed watching tv and sleeping. Someone opened our door with no knock. I quickly rushed to see who it was and it was the hotel manager. She said ohhh I’m sorry I didn’t know someone was staying in this room I’m so sorry. Now I work in hotels and know two things. The hotel manger always knows when a guest is in their highest paying room, and hotel managers always knock. Also this was through the middle of our stay. They hotel managers office is directly across from our room. They knew. My bag was also opened and a blue adidas body suit was stolen as well as a pair of white stretchy jeans. I only noticed this maybe two or three days ago when I recalled o had packed them and wanted to wear them. My husband and I were going to return to this hotel due to the convenience, however I never received a call back with a resolution as they said they would.
