Avis : Artal International Hotel

Étonnamment, l'hôtel est très propre, la taille de la chambre est correcte contrairement aux autres hôtels à proximité qui entassent des lits dans une chambre. L'ambiance est agréable car il n'y a pas trop de monde. Le lobby dispose toujours d'un canapé sur lequel s'asseoir en attendant les autres membres de la famille. L'ascenseur fonctionne bien et nous n'avons jamais eu de problème d'attente trop longtemps Le personnel parle bien anglais et je recommande vraiment cet hôtel car il se trouve également à proximité d'une porte Nisa de Masjid Nabawi.

I really enjoy the stay. Cross the street twice then we arrive at 338 gate. Hotel is spacious for quadruple. There were 6 elevators, and quite fast. Close to restaurant and shopping stores.

Overall good hotel value for money. Location was very close to Masjid Nabawi, like 3-5 minutes walk to King Fahd gate no. 21 for men and 23 for women. There were 6 lifts so the waiting time was minimum. Restaurant option was there and a Pakistani restaurant was back of the hotel. Taxis were readily available aswell. However, little bit cleaning issue was there but we get what we paid for.

Dear Trip. com Alll ok except counter service. The ladies at the counter are lazy. Always informed that the room key has been taken but when we went upstairsno one in the room. It happen many times. Guess the ladies there should be sack.

Hotelnya bangunan lama, tapi overall baguss, kasurnya agak sedikit turun, tp kebetulan kami cuma berdua dan kasurnya ad 4 Dekat dari tenpt makan, dekat dari masjid. 5 menit sampai.
