"Stayed 6 days. 80s style hotel, carpet in the rooms and common areas. Dirty in some places. Cleanliness of the rooms not always impeccable. Breakfast rich but not of high quality. Swimming pool ok. Staff not very attentive and friendly. The feeling is that each employee does his job without paying attention to the customer, for example the waiters cleaned the breakfast tables but the chairs always remained dirty. Few said hello. Recommended only for short periods. In general the management is" still a little behind the Italian average of the same category, about 30 years. Prices in Medulin have grown a lot this year but the level of service has not improved. This must be taken into consideration for those who decide on this destination."

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome—with a special mention to Denis, Ika, and Lili in the spa for making our stay extra memorable. The entire property feels brand new, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed. We loved the fresh selection at the half-board buffet, as well as the relaxing spa treatments. The location right opposite the archaeological park is stunning, and relaxing on the hotel’s loungers while taking in the view was a highlight. It’s the perfect spot for a quiet, high-quality getaway and offers absolute value for money. I can't recommend it enough!"

"The place is really beautiful and clean. The beach is far away, and you have to pay for the barbecue. Upon arrival, they ask for a €100 deposit for any damages. During our stay, the umbrella on the terrace broke and almost fell on our heads. In good faith, we went to the front desk to report it, and they accused us of breaking it. When we told them it was probably a bad umbrella for the apartment and was a sign of wear and tear, they emailed us photos of us with the umbrella. These photos didn't prove anything, but they gave us the unpleasant feeling that we'd always been spied on in our space. In the end, we owed them €80 for damage we hadn't caused. Nice place, but we won't be returning."
