Nous avions réservé la suite Heaven pour 3 adultes, c’est un peu juste au niveau du couchage avec un lit d’appoint pas très confortable (convient pour un enfant mais pas pour un jeune adulte). Beaucoup d’espace sur la terrasse mais passez dans la chambre et le jacuzzi n’est pas de première jeunesse. La suite était située tout en haut de l’hôtel mais nous avions la possibilité d’y accéder avec notre voiture par une petite route indiquée par la réception et avec un petit parking devant 👍 La qualité des petits déjeuners est très correcte et le personnel est très gentil, professionnel et de bons conseils 👍👍 La piscine est agréable et l’accès à la plage de Megali Ammos juste en traversant la route au pied de l’hôtel est très appréciable (l’hôtel à aménagé une portion de plage avec parasols et transats) 👍👍👍 Et enfin le port de Skhiatos avec ses multiples tavernes et magasins sont à 5mn en voiture.

Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans ce très agréable hôtel, très tranquille et reposant. Nous avons apprécié l’accueil qui est véritablement sympathique, notamment Constantina qui parle français . Les chambres sont spacieuses avec salon attenant, la piscine est belle mais il faut traverser la route pour aller sur la plage qui n’est pas privée. Sinon, l’hôtel n’est pas très loin du village de Skiathos et il y a un service de bus très pratique. Ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite car beaucoup d’escaliers et à ceux qui recherchent des animations.

This is really lovely boutique hotel in a good location close to Skiathos Town. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The room we had was just lovely, plenty of space, comfy bed, great aircon. We were B&B, the breakfasts were very good with a good choice considering the small size of the hotel. We had lunch a couple of times in the bar which was also a reasonable price and very good. We stayed on the 3rd (the highest) level and despite being in our 50s/60s and reasonably fit must admit that the 150+ steps from street level were a challenge at times (don't forget anything and have to go back !!), especially in the heat of the day so if you are not that fit, request a lower level. The upside of the 3rd level is that it is very peaceful away from the road and the views are lovely from the room balcony. Some other comments: 1. There is a couple of supermarkets less than 5 minutes walk away 2. The beach is about a 10 minute walk away and there is a lovely beach bar there for lunch (Swell) 3. It is a 15-20 minute walk into Skiathos Town but its along a busy road often without a footpath. We chose to use the bus instead with bus stop 5 a few minutes walk away 4. The buses are fantastic, about every 10 minutes until after midnight, only 2 euros each one way (compared to 10 if you take a taxi) 5. Visit the sister hotel, Skiathos Princess, it too is lovely and has a really nice beach, private sun loungers and lovely beach bar. The hotel will provide a shuttle to get you there Although we gave 5 stars there are a few possible improvements: 1. Fix the fan in the breakfast area as even at 8am its hot ! 2. Not enough shade by the pool bar, a few extra umbrellas would help 3. No shade at lunchtime on the outside tables by the restaurant, if there was these tables would get used 4. There are a limited number of sunbeds by the pool (a lovely pool !), we always managed to get one but I imagine this could be a problem at times, but not a lot the hotel can do with the limited space around the pool. At least one pair of sunbeds had no umbrella which seemed a missed opportunity as these were rarely used Overall we would thoroughly recommend Aegean Suites.

The hotel is in a excellent location within walking distance of Skiathos town and some great restaurants nearby. We were only in Skiathos for a short time but loved the island – beautiful scenery, friendly people and delicious food. We could not have asked for a better hotel with a very comfortable room and good facilities including a great pool area and bar. Breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice including fresh fruit, eggs cooked anyway you liked and pancakes, they also provided gluten free bread and pastries which was appreciated. What made the hotel and our holiday extra special was the staff who were all very friendly and helpful – we are looking forward to returning to Skiathos for a longer break and won’t hesitate to return to the Aegean Suites hotel. Aegean Suites is a really lovely small boutique Hotel, set on a hillside in an excellent location above Megali Ammos beach and close to Skiathos Town. Luxury, spacious suites offering comfort and wonderful views towards the sea and neighboring islands. Very relaxing pool area with nice bar & comfortable sun beds. Excellent food was enjoyed throughout our stay with particularly good choices at breakfast. What made our holiday so special were the fantastic staff who were super friendly and helpful and went above & beyond to ensure guests had a relaxing time. Thank you so much to the Manager, the efficient reception staff, and the whole food & beverage team at the Aegean. Well done! Would highly recommend a stay here and can’t wait to return!

Excellent location near to Skiathos town, near a lovely beach with many restaurants. Usefully next to number 5 bus stop and/or a cheap cab ride or 15 minute walk into town. Well led excellent team including, Panos, Niki, Dimitris, Panos, Soto, Mary, Ludovic, Dimitris, Timothee and Elena. Without exception staff are friendly, conscientious and engaging. Food is excellent and reasonably priced as are the drinks. Rooms overlooking the ocean with exceptional views. Visited twice and will stay again.

Where can I start? Absolutely stunning hotel with the most fantastic staff. (Niki, dimitris x 2, panos, Mary, sotiris, Ludwig and some more that I can't remember their names). Most of the staff were new and it was the first week they had opened. Couple of hiccups with IT sending orders through hand held devices leading to late service of meals, but by end of the week these had been ironed out. Views were stunning, pool area was so relaxing, every meal sitting was a la carte and the food was delicious. Most guests we spoke to will definitely return as we intend to. The overall manager bent over backwards to either put things right or to make our stay the most enjoyable one. Thank you all for your friendship and hope to see you soon.

What a treat, the hotel is small and perfectly formed. The staff are incredible, thank you Nicky, Eleni, Demitris, and everyone for making it so special. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable and the view incredible. Across the road isn’t beach and the water clean and perfect. Town is a 15-20 minute walk and there are lots of shops and restaurants. Everything closes for the winter mid October so we were lucky and it was lovely and quiet but still open. We went all exclusive which was great but the menu doesn’t change all each day, other than one main course (of which they do run out of, if you don’t book an early table), so was slightly hard to choose what to eat at lunch and dinner especially as my partner is vegan and there was no flexibility from the menu at all. It was suggested he eat cheese and fish as an alternative to being vegan! We realised soup of the day was soup of the week, luckily it was vegetable so it was an option! Other than that minor gripe it was an incredible trip thank you. Greater flexibility on food would have made it even better.

The hotel is located just outside Skiathos town but a relatively easy walk into town once you find the quiet route, 15-20 minutes. You are on the bus route with prices 2 or 3 Euro per trip depending on how far you go. Note the buses can sometimes be very busy especially mid to late morning people heading west to the beaches or evening with people heading into town. Most reviews say it but the hotel has a lot of steps and no lifts or paths. From road to the higher rooms probably over 90 and the restaurant and pool are near the bottom. The staff are really friendly and efficient and make the hotel. Pool is large and clean but there were probably just enough loungers when we were there and getting ones with shade can be difficult. There were some of the normal lounger grabbers who give tourists a bad name. The hotel itself although looking good from the outside could do with a bit of investment for refurbishment. Our balcony sun loungers were metal mesh and fairly uncomfortable even with cushions taken from the settee. All the mosquito meshes were in place but some of the other net curtains were torn and the curtain rails were mounted so close to the ceiling that you could only move the curtains by climbing on a chair and working hard. Hot water failed twice, quickly fixed but got the impression the fault was well known. If you don't have a top floor room then furniture being moved above can be really noise. Our bedroom was below the balcony above so not great. We had room 106 which has a balcony with roof so there is shade and it was very usable, some have no shade and are not that comfortable. The day menu snacks ( really meals) were really good. Breakfast was fine but not the best we have had. We didn't try evening meals because within 10 minutes walk there are a range of tavernas right on the sea shore. Mentioning shore there is a beach just across the road which is quite pleasant though our favourite was Troulos, a crowded bus trip away but worth the effort. Glorious sand and good restaurants.
