This hotel is near the southern cross station which is the destination of the skybus from airport. It’s very convenient to go back and forth to the southern cross station. In CBD, there is a free tram zone in which people have no needa tap on or off their myki card, and the hotel is close to tram stations too. Also, it’s walking distance between the hotel and flinders station/ Lune/ Pidapipó CBD. If you book one day tour, tour guide usually pick you up at Great Southern Hotel, which is next to this hotel. The hotel offers 247 reception. Check-in and Check-out were quick. Body wash and shampoo were provided, but not toothpaste and toothbrush. The room was small but good enough for a person. The room was tidy.

1. room is very clean 2. very close to city and train station 3. my room 320 is in 4rd floor without window, thus the room is quiet which make me a good sleep. Besides, at the reception desk, Ms Salma is very kind and expert during my check-in, thank you.

The hotels staff is kind, they help me to get early check in. The location was great, only a minutes walk to free tram zone (only 5 stop to Finder St Station). Walk for 5 minutes from southern cross station that connect to many destination. A lot of food, grocery store by walk. Very recomended

The room is kind of too small but the service is okay

The location is near the Southern cross station, walking distance: 9minutes. It is also accessible to Flinder square by bus or walking distance of approximately 25 minutes. The reception staff was amerable and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there.

The sink in the bathroom is really not user friendly, it split all the water out! But the location is near the south cross station, which is really near to the skybus terminal

Good location, in the CBD area, Close to the tram station. Right next to a 7-11 store. Very small room but is neat inside. Can ask for toothbrush and hotel slippers if needed. Friendly staff.

Stayed 3 nights at best western. Great location really close to tram links to get around the city and walking distance from great bars, sights and travel links. The staff were all fantastic, from the second I arrived they were really welcoming and professional and happy to give advise on things to see and more importantly avoid. The night staff were as attentive as the daytime staff which makes a change from most other hotels I have stayed at during this trip. Always happy to chat, give advice and make you feel very welcome and wanted. The room was very clean, well presented and a good size. I stayed at a hotel less than a 100m away a few weeks before that cost over double the price and it wasn't even nearly as good. Value for money , location and quality all brilliant far exceeded my expectations!!
