Avis : Mantra on Russell Melbourne

Location: Very good, right next to Chinatown, within walking distance to all downtown locations. Restaurants across the street open until 2am . Staff：It was full when I checked in.There is a small problem (personal reason)BuBut the staff at the front desk (all of whom are super awesome) have been helping and working hard to solve the problem, and in the end, I stayed very comfortably. Facilities: There is a gym and an indoor swimming pool, but I haven't tried them. Food: The snail noodles （螺狮粉） across the street are really delicious, and the grilled skewers are also good. I feel really happy. The quantity is huge.

When I checked in around 2:30pm, the receptionist told me the room was still in the midst of cleaning and she beckon me to sit and wait for the room to be ready . After 45mins , the receptionist came with the keys and a warm smile. She apologised for the waiting . She given me a free breakfast voucher for 2 and grant me a free late check out. Such a kind gesture and well appreciated. The room was spacious as advertised, clean and comfortable. I truly love the say and will book this hotel again when I am back to Melbourne.

It was such a great experience, the best location, the best customer service! It was a big day , the flight delayed, one hour waiting time for the uber at airport then the road work on the way!! We arrived very very late at 12:20am!! We have to thank you the hotel staff Ling Ling for her warm welcome & settled our check in smoothly. We will definitely back again next time!

Got upgraded to a apartment from a studio , with the compliments of the reception staff, cant remember her name but she was very friendly. Service was outstanding not forgetting a complimentary late check out as well.

Always stay in Mantra on Rusell, the servise is good, the location is close to everything, and the breakfest is nice too.

Will come back for the trip

Great location, service, equipment and access from every corner of Melbourne city. You could even swim while being in very center of the city. If I could argue one thing, it would be appreciated that they have more menus on breakfast, but still amazing.

Location is good. It's located near many restuarants and acttracting spot. Also near the trams and having their own parking lot.

Great position, helpful staff, great apartment!!! With washing machine (dryer!!) and dishwasher. Very well equipped. Nice pool with spa and fitness room.

Very nice in general. Sauna didn’t heat up after 20min tho and breakfast serves weren’t topped up.
