I’d like to share our Villa experience at Crown Towers Melbourne room 3138 from 29th to 31st May 2023. To start, our greeting from Anthony and Sarah was simply delightful with champagne and the ultimate introduction of the room. We couldn’t have asked for anything more on arrival. The housekeeping attention to detail was excellent, though a mop was left in the second lavatory on the 2nd day. Not a big deal for us, however it’s those small touches that could impact other guests impressions. The bed was WOW - the linens, wow wow wow, like a cloud. The Koko Black chocolates were beautiful though the fruit bowl was nothing to be desired, a fruit platter would have made a nicer touch. The ceramics and art work in the Villa were spectacular though please inspect and dust the two ceramic cranes in the bedroom, the dust on them was so thick, I don’t think it had been done for a couple of months. The power plug at the bedroom window was slightly off the wall requiring maintenance and scuff marks on the walls. There was some feedback that we would like to give that would’ve made our stay absolutely incredible and memorable and what we thought would have been included as a ‘butler touch’ but failed to deliver. (Noting that we have stayed at numerous other properties globally that do this) For example, Knowing that it was our anniversary, a romantic bath or rose petals on the bed after we returned from the club room, would’ve been a nice touch Knowing that we were going to stay in, enjoy the room and watch movies, a small gesture of popcorn or movie snacks would’ve been a nice touch. I would have loved if it was offered to have our luggage unpacked. The in-room tablet is a big thing for us. It’s something that influences us to stay at Crown! Knowing that we can order room service at any time from the tablet. This never worked and was never able to be fixed for the duration of stay. This was a big letdown. On our second night the turndown service came approximately 1600. It was the two Butler team, plus two Housekeeper‘s, it would’ve been better if they had of waited until we went to the club room at 1730, so we were not disturbed. Overall, I don’t think you can offer the butler service as a selling point because we were not offered anything different than when we have stayed in the Premier Club suite. If the Butlers are meant to offer you services, then this feedback should definitely be delivered because we were not offered anything above and beyond what we would get in a standard Crown Suite. Though worthy to note that any time we interacted with any of the Butler team, the communication was professional and delightful. I do expect absolute perfection in hotels (and I’m happy to pay the price) but there were just a few imperfections that need attention. I have booked again for my 40th birthday because the room was so beautiful but I will come prepared with a list of requests for the butler team since its more ‘ask and you’ll receive’ rather than ‘we will

Le service de tous les membres du personnel que j'ai rencontré était très aimable et professionnel.

It was the first time I stayed at crown promenade Melbourne. It is very conveniently connected to crown ******, and the reception staff very friendly and helpful . The room was bright , spacious and clean . I intend to book another stay in the new year .

Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé. L'hôtel est un court voyage en train à CBD. La ferme est à quelques pas, donc il était pratique. J'aime qu'il est confronté au lac Albert Park, tellement vibe! Le bâtiment est un peu vieux, mais la chambre était toujours confortable. Le service était très bon, tout le monde était vraiment ami. Le seul côté était qu'ils regardaient sous-personnel. J'ai dû porter ma bagage quand je suis parti, et pas beaucoup de personnel étaient présents particulièrement au restaurant. Mais tout le monde était très utile. L'hôtel offre une bonne valeur pour un séjour plus long. C'est un endroit parfait pour explorer plus d'activités locales telles que: visiter les marchés, explorer l'environnement (vous pouvez aller à la Royal Botanic, à la Galerie Nationale de Victoria, à la Sainte-Remembrance) ou aller à la plage. Un hôtel élégant dans une bonne position, juste près de tout ce qu'on a besoin. Beau lobby, des espaces communs propres, et une atmosphère accueillante à l'arrivée. L'hôtel est confortable et parking confortable. Petit déjeuner décent et personnel de restaurant amiable font votre jour. Le petit déjeuner est servi à la maison, mais il ne nous dérangera pas de nous revoir.

Stayed here over two nights with my partner and we both were VERY happy with the stay. The ONLY thing unfortunately that we did not like was the fact that the bed sheets had several blood stains on them which was highly concerning. I called them for a replacement which they were HAPPY to do however i figured since i'm just staying for 1 more night i would use the extra blanket stored away in the room in hopes that no one really uses it and that it is clean throughout because it also gets washed after every stay. Unfortunately even that was kind of dirty with dried up white crumbs on the fabric (kind of looks like dried up dough). By then, it was already too late to call for a replacement and had to settle with that. The oven also could not close completely and i had to put a chair against and under the handle bar to keep it closed. Other than the blanket cleanliness and oven door, everything else was perfect. My partner and i absolutely loved the place and despite the negative aspects of the things mentioned, do keep in mind that the hotel staff were more than happy to fix the issue and were very friendly, which i did not take them up on the offer as i did not want to hassle them for just 1 more nights stay. Therefore, if you decide to stay here, just make sure you check everything and request anything before the after-hour times. Additionally, their customer service was also very friendly as previously mentioned. They also allowed a late check-out by 1 hour, free of charge which i really appreciated. They were very patient and exceptionally welcoming every time i spoke to them. The check in and check out process were all quick and easy and i would highly recommend a stay here. It's pricing is great as well and they are close to the CBD!

Space is the first hostel of my trip and it’s set the bar pretty high! Staff are lovely, everywhere was always super clean, beds are comfy, towels are provided and you can even grab a fresh one every day if you wish. Location is great, would recommend the Queen Victoria Market for something to do and “pizza pizza pizza” was lush. There’s nothing “on” as such at the hostel but this didn’t bother us. The only thing that would be good is some extra fridges as they were packed full every day and it was hard to put your own food in anywhere. Would definitely come back.

Excellent apartment.Great staff and service.Not too much trouble.Very clean and well maintained common areas.Reception a very welcome space. Staff very friendly, confident and efficient. Perfect location for Southbank, the City and attractions. Je recommanderais très fort.

1 nuit séjour Location parfaite 5min à pied à la cour de la gare de flinders. 7 sur la route. Holiday Inn express comme toujours très innovante. Salle de bain idéale avec toutes les installations dans les bouteilles de pompe de fourniture tellement abondante. Personnel amiable avec check-in rapide. Le petit déjeuner gratuit était étonnant de la céréale toast jus de latte écramé de sauce d'œufs à grains bruns. 10 sur 10

This is a really good quality hotel in a nice part of Melbourne. We are Accor Plus members but this night was booked using Emirates points. Accor still gave us a a top floor room with a stunning view and the usual free drink vouchers, which I didn't expect since I didn't book with them. The room was clean with the aforementioned good view and had every thing you need for a short stay. Improvements would be a coffee machine instead of simply a kettle, and a better Chromecast as the one we had just wouldn't work. These are minor issues though. Lifts were very slow, as only one seemed to be operating. Breakfast was efficient and tasty, although the included coffee could be improved and the extra charge coffee was too cold to be enjoyable. All in all an excellent hotel to stay at if you need to stay in the South Wharf end of Melbourne, and we will certainly stay again.
