整體評價：2025年新開業的酒店，縣城的標桿酒店，也是縣城唯一的連鎖五星入門標準酒店。房間硬件設施達到了世紀金源的中等水平。大概是處於縣城的緣故，整個酒店管理水平還有待進一步提升，可以作為以後長期的一個落腳點。 設施：浴缸，洗手池，床墊等符合預期，入門五星水平。 衞生：整體達到良好水平，但也存有衞生死角，比如窗户和衣帽櫃之間。 環境：大堂寬敞明亮，但休息區域有限，建議將大廳衞生間處的沙發（放這個位置很迷人）挪到前台對面的區域。 服務：基本達到了有求必應。唯一的不足是需要深入溝通才可以。缺乏主動服務的意識。比如：1.能否升級房間，答：房間滿了。攜程一查，房源充足。2.能否安排車，城區送行。答：車有事，沒有車了。後續也很好的解決了這些問題。但是整個過程略顯很不專業。希望管理團隊能夠進一步提升。將此酒店打造成真正意義上的五星標準酒店。

第一次入住，剛進去的時候還是很驚喜的。園林風很有特色。但是沒人接待，找了好久的正門沒找到，還是電話給前台，前台人員來接待的。這種園林風格的酒店我們經常住，接待還是很重要的一般還會有接駁車，不然讓我們找到什麼時候啊！ 定的行政套在一樓，入住當天有蒼蠅一直飛 然後一直沒熱水。 因為都脱了衣服所以座機打給前台，打了有3.4通一直沒人接。後來是攜程打的訂房電話才聯繫到工作人員，解釋説前台電話壞了？？哈？？？？？ 工作人員幫忙看了一下然後去解決了，然後一直沒解決好説壞了，半夜12點了吧説給我們換房間，哈？？？？ 我都脱了寶寶都快睡了讓我們換房間，沒同意。兑了點熱水洗洗睡了 第二天有工作人員來道歉，説下次給我們補償加了微信，因為是回老公老家找婚房的，酒店的風景我覺得還是不錯的，但是服務還有待提高。 如果年底我的婚房定在這裏，希望酒店人員看到後能好好提高一下服務水平。
