Hôtel offrant de belles prestations : calme, propre, bien entretenu et décoré avec goût. Surplombe la Marina avec une superbe vue sur mer ! Petits déjeuners variés et copieux et pouvant être pris à l’extérieur, ce qui est très appréciable ! Chambre avec plusieurs espaces de rangement, et nécessaire à thé/café. Extérieurs et piscines bien aménagés et très agréables (sauf les éternels enquiquineurs qui réservent leurs transats à l’avance …) A 15 minutes du centre-ville, mais la ballade de fait aisément ! Léger bémol : chambre un peu petite pour circuler autour du lit. Je le recommande sans hésiter !

La position de l'hôtel est très bonne, avec une vue très belle et avec beaucoup de restaurants à côté du port. C'est un peu coûteux d'arriver, c'est bien, et il est très difficile de partager en haute saison. Le petit-déjeuner est remarquable. La douche de courtoisie le dernier jour de l'après-midi est un détail pour profiter de la journée de départ. Le service est très attentif.

Bonne découverte de l'hôtel et de ses valeurs. Bien placé, à 5 minutes à pied du centre et 2 minutes de la gare routière. Le personnel est très serviable et agréable. Le spa et le green sont un réel plus. Tout a été parfait pendant notre séjour.

On dit toujours : « comme chez nous » mais bon, en ce qui me concerne, c’est mieux que chez moi ! Tout d’abord l’hôtel est un ancien palais : tout est blanc, immaculé, l’endroit est plus que propre, il sent le propre ; le petit déjeuner, même s’il n’est pas énorme, est plus que suffisant et il est constitué d’excellents produits de l’île et les responsables font en sorte qu’il n’y manque jamais rien. Les responsables, justement, Jordi et María, franchement on ne peut que les adorer : toujours là pour aider, le petit mot gentil et … les bonnes adresses de restaurants ! Bref, nous avons tellement aimé cet endroit, et notre chambre spacieuse et calme, que nous avons limité notre séjour à Ciudadela pour revenir passer deux nuits à Mahón, à Casa Miranda … Inutile donc de préciser que nous recommandons vraiment cet endroit !

We have just returned from two glorious weeks at this lovely hotel. We had a beautiful room overlooking the start of the estuary and the Isle de Rei. The morning sunrise was just fabulous! I had read before my visit that although the walk-in showers had been completed, the rooms themselves needed a refurbish. Well the bathroom is lovely. You have shampoo, bath wash and gorgeous body milk. Beautiful shower area. Such a delight! Yes, the rooms are looking well worn, but my only criticism would be lack of drawer space. If you are staying for two weeks it can be tricky to keep your clothes ‘tidy’ all piled up in the wardrobe. The hotel is blessed with the most wonderful happy staff! Thank you to all we met who enhanced our stay with their positive attitude. Special mention has to go though to Harold at the bar. A true professional! His cocktails never disappointed ! The food in the dining room was really good when we arrived. Lots of choice and of a very good quality. Towards the end of our stay, when numbers dwindled, there was still a great display of Menorcan foods, meats and cheeses. The soup was divine, and the different breads just lovely. Salads were plentiful and varied, and the puddings were scrumptious! There was still always something tasty and different to choose every evening. The chefs were continually checking the food and replacing it when necessary. Cleo and Alexander were great hosts. There was low key entertainment twice a week. Good singers, and we particularly loved the jazz trio on the last evening. They put their own take on many popular songs and did it very well. Es Castell is full of history, and we enjoyed visiting Mahon. You can either walk for about 15 to 20 mins, or catch a bus into the station. From here you can use the buses to visit other places very easily. Or walk down into the town and take in all the sights! There is a fish market and attached to it an area which does tapas and all different kinds fishy snacks. On our last Saturday there was music and it made for a lovely atmosphere. Would we return to the Agamemon? Certainly we will! The views are a delight, always something different going on.

Beautiful apartments near a beach in Punta Prima: The reception staff is great! Angela checked me in around 10 pm. The apartment is large, with two balconies. AC works fine. The fridge works fine. Shower both hot and cold. Housekeeping is good. Beds comfortable. Light switches fine. TV fine.

First time visiting this resort and hotel. Couldn’t find at first due to being tucked behind shops. Basic facilities and accommodation. Recommendations that might be useful for the following: - Better furnishing - Showers instead of baths - Security guard at night - Shelving in bathroom - Less clutter in the lounge re just one coffee table - Having a information brochure - More attentive reception staff On a plus point, the cleaners work tirelessly hard as we only ever saw 3 cleaners for the 50 apartments. Pool area and gardens exceptionally clean. Sent a request via email for upper floor which was honoured. Unfortunately our patio door decided not to lock no more but seems to be a common error in the complex. Free Wi-Fi and air con good. Would come back again after hearing good recommendations (another family have been coming back here every year for 21 years). Would recommend and defiantly visit again. Cala Galdana is a very quiet resort and the beach is beautiful. Hotel in centrally located and has amenities close by.

Nous avons eu un séjour de 7 nuits merveilleux ici ( maintenant appelé The Osprey). Nous sommes arrivés sur le 9/7/23. Notre chambre était prête, le personnel à la réception était très utile. Les caisses de dépôt en chambre ne sont pas payées hebdomadairement juste € 5.00 dépôt. Vous pouvez aussi emprunter des serviettes de piscine pour un dépôt de €10.00 (remboursé lorsque vous êtes revenu). Je suis également conseillé que vous pouvez emprunter une chaudière et un fer. La chambre elle-même était magnifique, propre et belle serviette et lits, etc. La chambre a aussi un mini-frigo. Le bar/restaurant est magnifique avec vues merveilleuses. Belle piscine et lits solaires, etc. encore très propre. Personnel du bar/restaurant sont tous magnifiques, très attentif et un crédit absolu à l'hôtel. Nous y avons mangé et honnêtement nous n'avons pas été déçus. Je vous recommande de rester/de manger à l'hôtel.
