Secluded & artistically built - a cozy cabin on top of Hampshire Hill. For those who want to remember what silence sounds like. Sit, enjoy the views, hear yourself think, or go explore 70 acres of private woods w 2 miles of private trails. 10 minutes from downtown Belgrade Lakes & public beaches on Long Pond & Great Pond. Close to Kennebec trails, snowmobile trails, Farmington & Augusta. 1 hr south of ski resorts. Great for stopping for 1 night or for taking a week to escape from the world. Snow tires and/or 4wd required in Winter months (October through April). We do plow and sand but more snow accumulates on top of the mountain. There is a .2 mile uphill that can be difficult in bad weather. Suggest that you arrive during daylight hours as it is very dark up there and can be difficult to navigate.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).Unattended pets must be crated..About checkOut:Check out before 12:00 PM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No smoking
