Le petit déjeuner du 5ème étage était très varié et le service était superbe . La piscine était refroidissante et beaucoup de chaises et serviettes et un bon service Hôtel propre avec une position parfaite . Je ne resterai que la prochaine fois . Vous ne pouvez pas nommer les noms mais vraiment chaque personne à l'hôtel dépasse nos attentes

Un très bon accueil et une multitude de services nous attendait. La suite était spacieuse et luxueuse, tout simplement extraordinaire ! Le « loundge » était fantastique pour un merveilleux et succulent petit déjeuner. Le personnel était aux petits soins avec nous. Nous recommandons vivement.

Nous avons séjourné à plusieurs reprises dans cet hôtel simple, mais dans un cadre très relaxant avec bar extérieur et piscine. Les chambres premium, situées sur l'arrière sont de bonne dimension et très calme. Certaines ont de petits balcons donnant sur un jardin ) Et à chaque fois nous avons été reçu de la meilleur des manières par Angel, qui sait se mettre en quatre pour rendre nos séjours des plus agréable. L'hôtel est à l'extérieur de la ville, un transport est nécessaire pour joindre le centre.

Hotel is located very near to the center, offers free parking and the staff is very nice. For the price you should be satisfied. However, for the 4 stars claimed, there are few areas of improvement. The isolation is bad, you can hear all other guests. The drains are kind of clogged so water keeps gathering in the bathroom. The bed, although it‘s advertised as a double bed, can hardly accommodate two persons, even if they are hugging. There were also some bugs in the room, not cockroaches but still, so there is a need of some measure there. All in all, a good place if you want good value for money and be central in Merida.

Les installations sont neuves et sanitaires. Ils sont nettoyés tous les jours. Le personnel est super patient et très bon. Je suis allé directement m'enregistrer à 8 heures ce matin-là et je n'ai rien dit. J'ai donné toutes les notes à ce point. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est assez bon à Merida. Il est probablement plus pratique de conduire à côté de la rue principale du boulevard et non loin de la gare routière. Je ne sais pas pourquoi Ctrip obtient un score si bas.

Il a le fond, mais il a besoin de réformes urgentes. Dans notre bain, il y avait un bout de ciment autour de la pique, parce que le marbre était comme 2 doigts en bas. Il y avait des éclats dans les murs, et des peintures sautant partout, comme la salle de bain ou la chambre, et une forme sur le climat, attachant, qui semblait tomber. Les employés font ce qu'ils peuvent, mais le propriétaire devrait faire un bon investissement. Le petit-déjeuner était aussi peu. Ils l'appellent buffet, mais ils n'ont que du beurre, du marmelade de fraise et des toasts avec lesquels on pourrait construire un bâtiment. Et un garçon offre ensuite des œufs rouillés ou une omelette, mais, monsieur, vous ne pouvez pas le appeler buffet. La bonne est qu'il est près du centre historique. Pour une nuit, de passage, mais pas plus.

En préparant un peu mon avis, je dois commencer par dire que la visite à cet hôtel est retardée de longue date par des questions qui ne nous concernent pas. Après une pandémie et beaucoup de travail de fond, vous avez finalement réussi à connaître cet hôtel, et bien que les attentes n'étaient pas très élevées, je pense qu'il m'amène une belle surprise. Je dois dire que c'est un endroit très beau, intime, agréable. Si la situation est trompeuse, une fois dans les installations, vous ne remarquez pas la solitude des rues voisines de la nuit. Les installations propres, ”coquettes”, vous avez comme des îles petites pour regarder pendant que vous traversez les corridors. Je reviendrai et je mentionne les surprises qui m'amènent à penser que je vais me retrouver avec un petit bâtiment, rien plus loin de la réalité. Il est large, bien prudent et beau.

Enjoyed the three-night stay. The room was modern, good sized and very clean. The inhouse restaurant was convenient where the breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and offered a good variety of choices. Great location with several choices of eating spots within walking distance. Rooftop pool was very nice, surrounded with seating to enjoy the view. Staff was very friendly; check-in and check-out was a breeze. Free underground parking was a plus. Highly recommend.

Le temps de vie était dans la Master Suite à l'Hôtel el Espanol!! La dame de bureau frontale, Estibaliz, est allée au-delà pour nous assurer que nous étions heureux et confortables. Son sourire est beau et infectieux. De stocker notre bagage à expliquer comment les choses ont fonctionné ....en anglais pour que nous puissions comprendre pleinement, elle était étonnante! 10 étoiles pour Estibaliz, nous serons certainement de retour! La Master Suite est absolument belle. Il est énorme avec un salon complet, une table de café, un lit de taille règne, un bureau et des chaises, un réfrigérateur, un café, un tube de plongée jetté et une marche de taille pleine dans la douche. Merci à tous les employés, y compris les merveilleux Bell garçons que nous avons rencontrés et aimés parler avec.

This is a 3 star review based on averaging 1 star concerns and 5 star aspects. 1-star concerns relate to safety. Two things that were concerning: (1) my father slipped and fell in the bathroom at 4AM and lost consciousness. When I yelled loudly for help in the courtyard (including ”hospital!!” because we thought he maybe had a heart attack or was otherwise dying), NO ONE RESPONDED. The hotel is an open air building all facing an inner courtyard so someone should have heard my loud yelling, especially when pitch quiet at 4AM. Thankfully, my father was OK later that night and next day. (2) When I told this story to the front desk the next day, the woman was not at all concerned that a guest could have died at their property. I asked to confirm that someone works the night shift, so I am not sure why no one responded that night. She asked if we called the front desk that night, which I did not because my father was possibly dying so no, I did not have time to figure out what the front desk number was at 4AM. Also no one responded to me YELLING for help, so I doubt someone would pick up the phone. She said she would tell the night shift, but there was otherwise no follow up. I also provided this story on a guest comment card when we left - also no follow up. 5-star - hotel is in a great location in the center of town near the main plaza, and it is a charming building with a lovely courtyard and rooftop pool. As other reviews mention, the rooms are rustic/simple/basic but they are perfectly serviceable, especially given the price and location. If not for the safety concerns, I would stay again.

Enjoyed the three-night stay. The room was modern, good sized and very clean. The inhouse restaurant was convenient where the breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and offered a good variety of choices. Great location with several choices of eating spots within walking distance. Rooftop pool was very nice, surrounded with seating to enjoy the view. Staff was very friendly; check-in and check-out was a breeze. Free underground parking was a plus. Highly recommend.

This is a 3 star review based on averaging 1 star concerns and 5 star aspects. 1-star concerns relate to safety. Two things that were concerning: (1) my father slipped and fell in the bathroom at 4AM and lost consciousness. When I yelled loudly for help in the courtyard (including ”hospital!!” because we thought he maybe had a heart attack or was otherwise dying), NO ONE RESPONDED. The hotel is an open air building all facing an inner courtyard so someone should have heard my loud yelling, especially when pitch quiet at 4AM. Thankfully, my father was OK later that night and next day. (2) When I told this story to the front desk the next day, the woman was not at all concerned that a guest could have died at their property. I asked to confirm that someone works the night shift, so I am not sure why no one responded that night. She asked if we called the front desk that night, which I did not because my father was possibly dying so no, I did not have time to figure out what the front desk number was at 4AM. Also no one responded to me YELLING for help, so I doubt someone would pick up the phone. She said she would tell the night shift, but there was otherwise no follow up. I also provided this story on a guest comment card when we left - also no follow up. 5-star - hotel is in a great location in the center of town near the main plaza, and it is a charming building with a lovely courtyard and rooftop pool. As other reviews mention, the rooms are rustic/simple/basic but they are perfectly serviceable, especially given the price and location. If not for the safety concerns, I would stay again.

This hotel is beautiful from the outside and its internal courtyard/foyer is wonderful - very clean, calm, and full of antiques to browse. If I were rating it on this alone it would easily be a 5. However, my room was another world entirely. Imagine the disappointment after being welcomed into that courtyard to being led into a room heaving with the musty, dank air of a neglected place. I was grateful that I had a small Glade room freshener from my previous stop to counter the weird room smell. On inspection, so many crevices and surfaces were covered in dust: the top of the wardrobe, the drawers behind the TV, the TV power cable, the frames of the photos on the wall. The minuscule bathroom had dots of stubborn mold, nowhere to put shower toiletries, and a shower door that refused to stay shut - it slid open any time it was closed. I reported it to front desk and they said they'd send someone, but given that it wasn't fixed I can only assume they didn't bother. I either had to shower with the door open or try to hold it shut with my foot. Neither ideal. The mattress was fine; the selection of pillows was hard, flat, and/or lumpy. Air conditioning worked well, thankfully.

Les ménages de la 3ème partie sont des ménages qui font du blanchiment de pièces, comme une amenité. Avant de sortir le matin suivant, j'ai été au bureau frontal et j'ai demandé où était la salle de lave-vaisselle. Le service de la maison de l'hôtel est un service de la maison de l'hôtel. Je lui ai conseillé de connaître d'autres lavabos de pièces, mais j'ai réservé un hôtel pour pouvoir laver. Elle a fait quelques appels, me demanda combien de lavabo j'avais. Je lui ai dit 3 sacs. C'était ma fille et mon lavabo. Elle a continué de parler au téléphone. Elle a alors déclaré qu'elle pouvait avoir fini mon lavage et retourné à 17 h. Je lui ai conseillé que ce serait la façon de passer. Elle a continué au téléphone. Après avoir suspendu, elle m'a envoyé un « formulaire de lavage » et m'a demandé de le remplir et de lui donner ses vêtements dans les 15 minutes. J'ai décidé de lui donner quelques articles, et je lui ai retourné le formulaire et les vêtements. A 12 heures de check-out, je lui ai conseillé de rester dans le lobby. Elle a reconnu. A 1 h, une garde-fous est venue lui donner un sac, et elle m'a conseillé que mes vêtements étaient prêts. Je les ai pris et je vous remercie. Elle a alors déclaré que je devais lui payer. Après avoir essayé de me charger 90 dollars, ma carte a été initialement refusée et le gestionnaire a été appelé quand j'ai plaint et expliqué la situation. Il m'a dit que le gestionnaire avait déclaré qu'il allait faire un rabais, en raison de la malentendu. Quand je leur ai donné ma carte à nouveau, je me suis fait payer, je leur ai conseillé que je me rapporterait la situation. Ils ont continué à écrire mon numéro de carte de crédit. Je me suis demandé pourquoi? Mais aucune réponse. Le gestionnaire a ensuite continué à sortir et à parler sur son téléphone, à la fin du parking, pendant environ 15-20 minutes.

L'emplacement est un peu compliqué si vous vous déplacez en transport. Il a un supermarché à proximité et le centre des congrès en face. Employés généralement sympathiques et serviables. Petit déjeuner correct. Installations très confortables. Il y a un mini-bar dans la chambre, ce qui m'a aidé à cette occasion à manger car, en raison de l'imprévu, il n'y avait rien d'ouvert à manger à proximité et l'hôtel n'avait que le petit-déjeuner. Le prix est vraiment bien meilleur dans cette appli qu'en direct à l'hôtel, pratiquement 1/3 par nuit.

The hotel is new and clean with many convenient amenities. It’s an easy walk to any sites and restaurants (Merida has so many good restaurants!). My husband and I stayed in the junior suite for four nights. The bed was very comfortable. We even had a spacious patio area overlooking the garden. As a light sleeper, I didn’t hear any traffic noise or other guests. The walls were thick enough that we never heard a peep from the guests in the room next to us. The staff was very nice and helpful. Gino, the owner, always had a bright smile on his face and offered us tea/coffee.

However, my room was another world entirely. Imagine the disappointment after being welcomed into that courtyard to being led into a room heaving with the musty, dank air of a neglected place. I was grateful that I had a small Glade room freshener from my previous stop to counter the weird room smell. On inspection, so many crevices and surfaces were covered in dust: the top of the wardrobe, the drawers behind the TV, the TV power cable, the frames of the photos on the wall. The minuscule bathroom had dots of stubborn mold, nowhere to put shower toiletries, and a shower door that refused to stay shut - it slid open any time it was closed. I reported it to front desk and they said they'd send someone, but given that it wasn't fixed I can only assume they didn't bother. I either had to shower with the door open or try to hold it shut with my foot. Neither ideal. The mattress was fine; the selection of pillows was hard, flat, and/or lumpy. Air conditioning worked well, thankfully.

Nous avons séjourné à plusieurs reprises dans cet hôtel simple, mais dans un cadre très relaxant avec bar extérieur et piscine. Les chambres premium, situées sur l'arrière sont de bonne dimension et très calme. Certaines ont de petits balcons donnant sur un jardin ) Et à chaque fois nous avons été reçu de la meilleur des manières par Angel, qui sait se mettre en quatre pour rendre nos séjours des plus agréable. L'hôtel est à l'extérieur de la ville, un transport est nécessaire pour joindre le centre.

Tout d’abord, nous avions une excursion de prévue et ils nous ont imposé un check in entre 15h et 18h sous menace d’un supplément de 25% à payer sur la réservation. Nous avons dû annuler notre excursion. La suite de luxe ressemble plus à un vieux garage où, à une écurie, le plafonnage tombe en ruine et les finitions sont dégueulasses. Le sol est très abîmé et daté. Voir photos ci-jointes. A deux reprise nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude et pour avoir de l’eau tiède nous devions attendre 15min. Cette hotel ne fourni même pas les services de base. La seule fenêtre de la chambre n’a aucun rideaux ni store. Il y a un vis à vis maximal sur la cour intérieur et tout les voisins. Nous avons dû passer 3 jours avec les volets fermés. Cette hotel est ultra-bruyant, nous avions l’impression de dormir au bord d’une route, aucune isolation sonore (vieille porte de grange laissant tout passer). Musique, bruit de la réception, voiture,.. il est impossible de dormir, un enfer. Cet hotel ne fourni pas de déjeuner et pour ainsi dire pas de piscine. La seule piscine est à peine plus grande plus grande qu’une baignoire, d’ailleurs personne n’y est allé durant notre séjour. Le personnel est très sympathique mais, aucune compétence linguistique. Même pas dire bonjour/au revoir en anglais, tout à dû être fait via google trad, je n’ai jamais vu çà de ma vie. Nous ne comprenons pas le statut de cette hotel 4 étoiles, beaucoup d’auberge de jeunesse sont plus confortable. Cette hotel ne mérite pas plus de deux étoiles. A fuir absolument.

Le propriétaire parle très bien espagnol, il y a un petit déjeuner simple, il y a une piscine dans la cour, et l'environnement est bon, mais il n'est pas pratique de s'éloigner du lieu d'activité. Il est recommandé de rester à Merida près du terminal de la compagnie de bus (Terminal de Autobuses ADO CAME et TAME en anglais), l'emplacement est à l'intersection de la calle70 et de la calle69. Leurs rues sont numérotées et les numéros pairs sont au nord et au sud. Rues et ruelles directionnelles, les singulières sont les rues et ruelles est-ouest, vous pouvez aller à toutes les attractions de Mérida, ce terminus a une voiture et il est également proche du centre-ville animé ;
