DISHONETY AND THIEVERY
The management and staff are dishonest and thievery . We stayed in room 127 on night of 11th June 2025, Wednesday; and we lost an Apple AirPod (the case with name on it, as well as the two EarPods). We followed up with the reception of this hotel a few times - making several calls in morning and afternoons. Told her that we found that AirPod has shown it being used by one of their staff who took it - night time staying at 17/18 Seventh Street, Nashua, NH - and then afternoon working at Quality Inn 242 Daniel Webster Highway, Nashua, NH. We can track the AirPod clearly in these locations. Clearly, there is a staff working there who has dishonestly acquired my AirPod. They do not want to own up to it, and they do not want to acknowledge one of their staff has taken it. All we ask is for the management to find out, take it back, and send it back to us. Very simple.
