Elif Hatun Konagi is a unique boutique hotel. It is housed in a centuries-old building with character, in the center of Tarsus near touristic sites. The halls are decorated in a chic-retro style and the two courtyards are enchanting. You feel like you are transported in another era. Each room is named after a sultan mother and is decorated beautifully. The room was also spacious and super clean. We had the ”Hurrem Sultan” room, which included a Turkish hammam. This was so much better than the ordinary hotel bathroom! We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. On top of being delicious, the meals were affordably-priced! Finally, the whole staff was very friendly and helpful. If it was possible, I would give 6 stars to this hotel. Thank you, Elif Hatun Konagi! : )

Je suis tombé amoureux de ces hôtels immédiatement. J'aime des hôtels boutiques élégantes. Décoration en style ottoman, même les chambres n'ont pas de nombres seulement des noms de sultans et de sultans. Plancher en bois, pas laminés ou en feuilles, finitions en bois, fenêtres. Le plus important est que l'hôtel est situé dans le centre-ville. J'ai immédiatement une carte avec une tour destinée à une tour qui est exactement la même que je voulais visiter. Je recommande !!

C'est l'hôtel que nous avons trouvé en hâte à Mersin, où j'ai été pour la première fois. Quand vous avez demandé un endroit à proximité, vous pouvez répondre ”ce n'est pas une bonne chose”... quand nous sommes allés à l'hôtel, la chambre qui nous a séparés n'était pas encore nettoyée... ils nous ont pris dans une autre chambre et ils ont peut-être pris dans une chambre à personne... et une chambre qui était disponible. On a dit que le coffre était en eau sans que le bouton soit déchiré, que ce qu'ils ont mis, que le champagne, que les cheveux étaient si timides, que le coffre n'était pas fermé, etc... et que nous les laissons tous à côté et que nous allions faire un bon petit déjeuner, mais ce n'est pas possible. Nous avons cherché quelque chose de froid, de très peu de genre, de nourriture dans ce petit buffet, mais impossible, mais les tables n'ont pas été nettoyées. Je dirais que vous ne restez pas avec votre femme.

How it was: I connected with your hotel there to be sure that it has non-smoking rooms with beautiful view. It was a gift for my wife’s birthday. They said that there is no problem with that. At the check-in date I reminded about my wishes, paid for two rooms and got on there. The rooms were for smoking persons; the furniture was dirty. I went down to reception immediately and asked my money back. They said that’s impossible due to me paid with the credit card and only call-center can help me. I called them and they said that I need to wait the answer from the head office. I was waiting for 3 hours, called them back but nobody answered. And I suppose my phone number is still blocked for them. I tried to resolve my problem using e-mail, but they answered me only once, requested some information about payment, I gave all the documents they wanted. After that, they stopped to answer me too. It’s because they have to give my money back but they don’t want to. As I wrote before it was absolutely disgusting and dirty staying there and didn't get my money back at the same moment. I wrote you to help me resolve my problem and I'm still waiting for you answer like a fool. I was pretty sure that an organization like yours doesn't treat like this their clients. In fact, you keep me waiting for more than 5 months, it's unacceptable. I want you to connect me with the CEO because I want my money back. 4 300 turkish lira. You have my dates; I want you to connect with me as soon as possible. Otherwise I will have to make my case public.

Nous avons loué la suite , un élégant 1 lit 1 salle de séjour à part, pleine vue sur la mer et très élégant , la chambre était absolument parfaite. nous avons payé la basse saison 50e en haute saison peut-être double. très valent l'argent. Hôtel moderne avec de bonnes installations , centre-ville, plage h est 2km

Le service clientèle de M. Karakas était le meilleur que nous ayons connu depuis près de 20 ans. Il était comme ça à tous les clients, comme nous l'avons observé chaque fois que nous étions à proximité. Le restaurant Yunus était toujours très agréable, très humillé et courtois. L'ensemble de l'équipe Hilton ici était exceptionnel et nous attendons avec impatience de revenir à Mersin. Merci encore une fois pour l'expérience la plus agréable dont nous avons besoin.

İki arkadaş bir hafta otelinizde kaldık herşey çok güzel di. Oda düzeni temizliği konumu çalışanların samimiyeti ve içtenliği herşeyi ile harika zaman geçirdik. Söyleyecek çok şey var kesinlikle önerdiğim bir kurum. Kıyafetlerimizi yıkayıp formalarımızı ütüleyip getirmişler gerçekten çok ince bir davranış. Lobide bizi karşılayan Mer ve Murat Bey , oda temizliği ile ilgilenen Sebahat, Nejla ve Ümmü Hanıma kuru temizleme İbrahim Bey e ve adını soramadığımız herkese teşekkür ederiz yemekhane ekibine de teşekkür ederiz herşey çok özenliydi yeniden görüşmek üzere ❤️
