Excellent place pour laquelle vous payez. C'est très confortable, propre, avec petit déjeuner et avec des gens très gentils à la réception surtout Blanche. Je reste dans cet hôtel quand je vais à la CDMX parce qu'elle est bien équipée et du Zocalo est à 17 minutes soit à Uber, taxi ou métro. Il y a un restaurant à manger à mi-chemin, Wallmart, Starbucks et plusieurs magasins. Un bon petit déjeuner buffet, une salle de sport, un service informatique et un wifi gratuit. Le lieu est sûr et les personnes de réception de la tour de la matinée sont toujours avec un sourire et prêts à vous aider tout le temps. La télévision a Netflix , Amazon et Smart TV avec votre propre compte que vous la contrôlez avec votre téléphone portable.

Le petit déjeuner est plus affiné ㄧ point, le café est trop chaud, sinon, il vaut mieux acheter une machine à café.

Este no es un Hotel, es un Motel, queda en un barrio conocido por haber mucha prostitución, entraban y salían parejas que solo se quedaban “el rato” me parece irresponsable que ofrezcan este lugar como hotel “familiar” pague 2 noches y preferí perder lo que pagué en lugar de quedarme un hotel en la mitad de un barro horrible!! Claramente perdí lo que pague porque ya las políticas de reembolso no me aplicaban… Jamás lo recomiendo, pésima experiencia!

L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. Le lit était fantastique, des serviettes de qualité décente, et les équipements étaient une bonne marque. (CO Bigelow). J'ai pris un départ parce qu'ils se sont inscrits sur Orbitz et Expedia comme un hôtel ”VIP Access” pour les personnes ayant le statut d'élite avec Orbitz (ou Expedia) dont je suis Platinum. Ils n'ont pas offert de mise à niveau, de retard de sortie, ni même de mentionner que j'étais membre de Platinum d'Orbitz ou qu'ils participent au programme VIP Elite. Un peu décevant et ils ne devraient pas être inscrits comme un VIP Elite Hotel avec Orbitz ou Expedia si ils ne vont pas honorer ce qu'ils ont dit qu'ils vont. (Parce que la liste de vous aidera à attirer davantage de clients comme moi.) Soyez plus honnête à l'hôtel Fiesta Americana Viaducto Aeropuerto.

The Novotel Mexico City Centro Histórico is a new hotel. Its newness shows in any number of ways, both good and bad. First the good: Staff were all friendly. And my room was shiny new and free of signs of wear. Everything in the room worked perfectly. It is true that the room was rather small and that the view was mostly of a blank wall. Since I was by myself and did not spend much time in the room during the day, these latter issues didn’t bother me very much. There were, however, some issues that were also perhaps related to the hotel’s newness. The cleaning staff didn’t empty the wastebasket on the first day and didn’t replenish the Nespresso pods on the second. Perhaps they should start working from a checklist … ? Also, breakfast was only available half an hour later than advertised. And, oddly, only certain guests were offered omelettes. And, as someone who doesn’t eat meat, I was bothered by a cheese-and-luncheon-meat plate on which the cheese and luncheon meat were piled on top of each other. I would also have appreciated labels on the four stew-like dishes on offer—I couldn’t tell what they contained. There is also the issue of billing. When I checked in at 3 p.m., I was asked to pay the entire bill—no problem there. But, when I arrived in my room, I found an e-mail from hotel management informing me that, because the hotel was extra busy, I’d already been charged for day 1. It’s true that I’d opted for a “flexible” rate which required me to agree to pay for the first day whether I showed up or not, but it was a little startling to be charged for a no-show before the earliest possible check-in time—and then charged again when I checked in. It took a week for the double charge to disappear from my credit-card statement. I can’t believe Accor would have approved of this billing procedure. The thing that most bothered me about the hotel was the absence of a minibar. The TripAdvisor website—and also the websites of several booking agencies—all claim that rooms in the Novotel Mexico City Centro Histórico have minibars. The Accor website, I’ll admit, doesn’t. But I guess I’ve come to expect that hotels of a certain class would have minibars. And I missed having one, not for overpriced drinks, but for the groceries I bought. I wasn’t, in other words, very enthusiastic about the Novotel Mexico City Centro Histórico, although I acknowledge that, with a few changes, it could most definitely be turned into a very good hotel.

Dans l'ensemble, c'est plutôt bien. J'y vis depuis presque deux mois. Il y a beaucoup d'hôtels moins chers dans le coin qui envisagent de déménager. Même si je reste longtemps, cet hôtel ne peut pas être réduit ou rendu moins cher.. . Cet hôtel est répertorié dans toutes les applications Les prix sont différents, vous devez donc faire une comparaison avant de commander. Bien sûr, Trip est le premier choix. Ctrip est généralement plus cher que Trip. Il n'y a pas de service de petit-déjeuner. Le personnel de service, même s'il ne parlait pas anglais, était très gentil et nous a donné des couvertures et des oreillers supplémentaires. L'insonorisation n'est pas très bonne, parfois on entend ah ah sonner en pleine nuit... C'est relativement propre, il y a un mois et demi j'ai trouvé une punaise dans l'oreiller, mais heureu*****t j'ai été époustouflé par mon lion's rugir.
