Excellent endroit, sans problème.

L'équipement de la chambre est assez complet, il y a des réfrigérateurs, des machines à laver, etc. Les deux jours où je suis allé à la maison étaient très bon marché, moins de 300 RMB, et le petit déjeuner était facturé. Il y a de grands supermarchés autour, et il y a beaucoup d'endroits pour manger. Des performances de coût élevées

Unfortunatelly,although in a great location, hotel Administration clearly has a problem. We are Hyatt members and this experience has not been pleasant for what is paid. Restaurant service any time after breakfast is terrible..food bad old refrigerated tast and bar service poor, not attentive to the public, doesnt know how to serve great or anything.. We have not been the only onces complaining today.. lack of experience and training of the personnel is clear as they dont know how to serve and anticipate themselves to the service. Again, food is real bad. People have come and left today because they were not being attended and no interest seems to come from the people on duty. We reserved a different room on the web because our bed was real bad. We are suppose to get the check in today to a better room and room is not available yest, its after 3 pm. Anyway, I think this is our last time staying here, sorry to say and I have to share to make you head Management know that your service here should be expected to be 100 times better than it is...food here in Mexico is amazing, who is in your kitchen? Why are you not traning your people?

On my 2nd Business visit to Santa Fe, Mexico; I decided to spend 12 nights at The City Express Suites and believe me the experience was surreal. The price of the room was literally half that of more renowned hotels in the vicinity and all rooms at the City Express Suites come with a full fledged kitchen including a refrigerator, blender, cutlery, utensils, induction etc. I had a room that was HUGE. I loved my stay at this Marriott's property. This is a no frill hotel with almost the same breakfast everyday and no fancy reception but the people are nice and adorn a smile. I was a bit wary after booking coz the ratings on TripAdvisor were quite low but I decided to give it a shot and I did not regret it one bit. Kudos to all who make this a nice place to stay. It's a cool 10 mins walk to the famous Centro mall where there is no dearth of eating options. Give it a try!

L'hôtel est moderne et aménagé dans un bon état et les chambres sont propres, les chambres sont équipées d'un sol pour les fenêtres et il y a une grande marche dans la douche, comme je l'aime. Il y a même un petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre qui est silencieux. Comme le Hilton Garden est connecté à un Doubletree (la part la même voie), l'hôtel est entièrement service, y compris service de chambre, qui a été rapide et le nourriture chaude et le vin de la collection Doubletree. Il y a de nombreuses options de restaurant juste en bas de la colline. Vous devrez bien sûr marcher en haut de la colline à l'altitude! Il y a une grande et agréable zone de petit déjeuner au niveau inférieur et des snacks peuvent être achetés dans le lobby. La seule négative pendant mon séjour était une télévision qui était presque invisible. Après environ dix minutes, cette photo est devenue pixelisée et son intermittent. Le bureau de front a dit qu'ils avaient envoyé un technicien pour la réparer, mais je n'ai jamais vu d'amélioration. Alors, je ne pouvais regarder que en la désactivant, en attendant quelques minutes et en retournant. En tout cas, même si le guide a dit qu'il y avait CNN en anglais, il n'y avait pas. Seul Fox (que je ne pouvais pas regarder plus d'un minute de toute façon 😊) ou la BBC, qui se répète chaque heure semble.

I stayed for 10 nights simply to get work done quietly without any distractions (as an experiment in a burst of productivity). It worked out marvelously. Knowing I was committing to stay in the room and on the hotel grounds basically the whole time I took a lot of care in finding the perfect place. I didn't need a fun touristy location (the opposite) and therefore focused on Santa Fe. Among the hotels in the area I considered the Westin (I love their beds) and the JW Marriott, a chain I've enjoyed in various cities. Also the Camino Real and the other Hiltons in the area. I am so glad I chose the Doubletree! The main reason was the room -- which was huge and perfect for my project. I had a separate large space just for work (with a table and a TV that I could hook up to my computer as a large-screen monitor with an HDMI cable). The unexpected bonus was the view from the room: spectacular from the floor- to-ceiling windows (high ceilings too!). With gorgeous storms during the rainy season. What I didn't realize was that the DT is up on a hill so it's positioned above the other hotels. (They do themselves a disservice by numbering their floors as they do. I was on the ”7th floor” but in reality it was the 12th floor since they have a bunch of lower floors with no numbers used for gyms and lobbies and such.) Bed and pillows hit the spot (not the best ever but I slept fine). Air conditioning was quiet and worked perfectly. One odd thing I've seen in other hotels too was a couple sensors on the ceiling, one of which flashed brightly intermittently all night. Why? I had climb up and cover it up with a hat as I'm sensitive to lights while sleeping. Dumb design. Another was some kind of motion sensor ... I never figured out what that was all about but it only flipped on when you walked around so it wasn't a big deal). The breakfast buffet was fine -- I had mostly the fresh fruit spread with yogurt and granola. The gym was also perfect for what I needed -- a treadmill, some free weights, and a yoga mat with almost nobody else ever there (including plenty of terrace areas which I used to work out with an app). There's a nice pool and a spa with massages. The lobby restaurant was exactly what I expected -- not a great restaurant but I ate there happily most nights and walked to Shu, an upscale Japanese restaurant inside the hotel (but with a separate entrance) the other nights. I don't recommend Shu as it was overpriced and felt like a nightclub. The building is well designed with its sister hotel the Garden Inn next door. Nice airy lobby with breezes and high ceiling. Complimentary fast printers in the lobby was a surprisingly generous touch. Walking distance to a fancy mall (Samara) where I got supplies and some snacks and bottles of water. Friendly staff. They accommodated my request for a small refrigerator and over time they remembered my preferences at the restaurant, which was appreciated (gracias Ariel in the morning and Mauricio

L'hôtel dispose de chambres très propres. Les gens sont très gentils et la position de l'hôtel est parfaite. Il reste à max 3 min en voiture de Patio Santa Fe. Il y a des départs d'autobus à village, cheretar et ailleurs!

Recommandation forte.

Excellent traitement par tout le personnel toujours attentif, excellentes chambres, à la fois en nettoyage et dans la comodité et surtout avec une vue magnifique sur la CDMX. Réception toujours très attentive aux demandes de l'hôte et de la zone de vente avec une excellente amabilité.
