This lovely gem is right in the heart of the city! The interior hallways are sleek and modern while homage to a historic past. The building is a former law office and the interior is a classic courtyard presentation. The restaurants and bar are on the roof top, which is the 5th floor. My room was on the street side and I got an upgrade due to my Hilton status, so I had this huge suite on the 4th floor with incredible views of the interior when I opened my door. The bathroom was roomy and spacious. The shower was huge with both a hand held and a shower rainfall option. I had dual sinks and the lotion and other amenities were very nice. The bed was comfy, the windows could open and there were many lighting options. There was bedside lighting, overhead lighting and more. It was quite amazing! The bedroom was all white and quite bright. My ”living room” was dark, but had so many additional lighting options, plus the record player, TV, and the bright window for when the curtains were open. The sliding door between the 2 rooms was perfect. And, I had not only a desk with hand sanitizer, but also a small dining table with 2 chairs in my ”living room”. It was a heavenly stay. Now, the pool was tiny, but the hot tub was lovely and the cocktails were nice! Breakfast at Oliva was included for me and was delicious. The other restaurant on the rooftop, Paixa Do was also quite amazing. Creative food and a gorgeous view with excellent service and a great wine selection. What else? The front desk staff and bellmen were lovely. The concierge was a little odd to me, so I ignored him after the first day. It was easy to take an Uber from my hotel and the Uber was very cheap in US $. Within walking distance were a few Sanbornes, a money exchange place, and some nice restaurants. I totally would return here again. It was my fifth trip to Mexico City in the last 15-20 years and I've stayed only in 1 other place twice. Again, this is a fantastic place to stay...I almost forgot to mention the private movie theater upstairs, the art gallery and the records (vinyl LPs) that one could take and play on bluetooth speakers in your room! What a treat!

Nous avons pensé qu'un ”Hotel Ritz” près du zocolo offrirait un bon repas avec un bon repas avant de retourner à un vol réservé le matin. Mais malheureusement, ce n'était pas le cas. Le personnel qui nous a salus était très gentil et professionnel. Mais ils nous ont fait signer une recette qui nous a dit que nous avions dépensé tous 600 pesos (30 $ US) avant même de servir notre nourriture, ce qui aurait peut-être coûté 300 $ p. hauts de un menu réel. J'ai mangé une partie de poulet en caoutchouc avec une petite salade sauvage et mon mari avait un sandwich sur le pain blanc. Nous avons passé une autre famille à manger à l'hôtel et nous avons noté qu'ils avaient pris le McDonalds. Nous avons ensuite vérifié leur menu ordinaire, qui avait beaucoup d'options qui auraient été facilement adaptées au budget de 600p $. Le traitement a été insultant. Nous avons reçu des bons de taxi à l'hôtel et de l'hôtel. J'ai pris le temps de me doubler avec la réception matinale qu'elle avait été prévue, et ils ont dit oui - c'était en route. L'hôtel est sur une section de rue qui est pedestrian-- seulement, donc nous avons marqué notre bagage au plus proche lieu de circulation et attendu. Le taxi n'est jamais arrivé. Enfin, mon mari est retourné à l'hôtel pour demander de l'aide et a été dit de téléphoner un Uber. Il était clair qu'ils n'avaient pas appelé le taxi pour nous, et nous avons perdu presque une heure d'avance à l'aéroport en raison de cela. Oh oui, et les boutons de l'ascenseur ne fonctionnent pas. Et les murs sont extrêmement minces. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. La zone du Centre est magnifique et mérite d'être logée pendant une nuit ou deux, mais je recommande l'hôtel Best Western Majestic. Nous avons séjourné dans une suite à l'origine de notre voyage et notre vaste chambre était magnifique, avec vue sur le zocolo et le personnel était super. Si vous avez plus de temps dans CDMX, Coyoacan est mon quartier préféré pour le logement, mais il est agréable de passer un peu de temps au centre.

Les chambres et les installations sont un peu vieux, l'air n'est pas très bon, mais vous pouvez aller à pied dans de nombreux endroits. Il y a aussi beaucoup de goûts à manger autour. Jeu de goût et je ne vous dérange pas si vous avez un goût, vous pouvez envisager.

J'ai fait une réservation pour ma famille qui est venue nous visiter du Canada et la première fois que j'ai eu contact avec Rodrigo, ma famille et moi, j'étais surpris, il était très gentil et nous a fourni tout ce qu'il nous fallait pour un séjour confortable et merveilleux. Il a donné à ma famille beaucoup de conseils, de places et de restaurants à aller. Ma famille a eu un grand temps et ils étaient heureux Merci Rodrigo pour votre soutien et pour fournir une excellente soins à ma famille

À moins qu'ils ne fassent une rénovation, je n'aurais pas envie de rester à cet hôtel.

Les travailleurs sont arrivés à 5 heures et se sont rendus connus immédiatement après un court entretien avec le gestionnaire, ils étaient très respectables et étaient tranquilles les jours suivants que nous étions là ! Le centre-ville est situé dans une zone de 2 chambres, une chambre de famille, une chambre de 3 lits dans une grande chambre et une chambre de 1 reine dans une chambre de connexion. Une seule salle de bains mais deux baignoires. Nous avons pu nous préparer chaque matin et chaque soir! Pas de réfrigérateur, de micro-ondes ou de pot de café. Mais les restaurants voisins étaient ouverts assez tôt pour le petit déjeuner complet et le café sans mentionner la plupart des bacs étaient ouverts quelques 24 heures! La clé est encore la position! Nous avons trouvé un bar karaoke et nous avons eu un grand temps de chanter et Imbibing tequila et bière. Le DJ est vraiment entré dans la chanson et nous avons eu un grand temps!! Il y a même une bande qui jouait dans une rue de côté qui jouait des chansons Chuck Berry pour nous comme nous sommes de St Louis!! La place de cet hôtel est de nouveau clé!! La chambre est confortable et très propre. La chambre a été accueillie avec petit déjeuner dans le haut du plancher avec vue sur la Calle Bolívar. Le petit déjeuner était super et très rempli. Vous ne serez pas déçu !

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel et c'était notre première fois en Mexico City. Il se sentait sûr et sûr, les clients ont besoin de leur clé pour être autorisés dans le lobby. The Novotel Mexico City Centro Histórico is a new hotel. Its newness shows in any number of ways, both good and bad. First the good: Staff were all friendly. And my room was shiny new and free of signs of wear. Everything in the room worked perfectly. It is true that the room was rather small and that the view was mostly of a blank wall. Since I was by myself and did not spend much time in the room during the day, these latter issues didn’t bother me very much. There were, however, some issues that were also perhaps related to the hotel’s newness. The cleaning staff didn’t empty the wastebasket on the first day and didn’t replenish the Nespresso pods on the second. Perhaps they should start working from a checklist … ? Also, breakfast was only available half an hour later than advertised. And, oddly, only certain guests were offered omelettes. And, as someone who doesn’t eat meat, I was bothered by a cheese-and-luncheon-meat plate on which the cheese and luncheon meat were piled on top of each other. I would also have appreciated labels on the four stew-like dishes on offer—I couldn’t tell what they contained. There is also the issue of billing. When I checked in at 3 p.m., I was asked to pay the entire bill—no problem there. But, when I arrived in my room, I found an e-mail from hotel management informing me that, because the hotel was extra busy, I’d already been charged for day 1. It’s true that I’d opted for a “flexible” rate which required me to agree to pay for the first day whether I showed up or not, but it was a little startling to be charged for a no-show before the earliest possible check-in time—and then charged again when I checked in. It took a week for the double charge to disappear from my credit-card statement. I can’t believe Accor would have approved of this billing procedure. The thing that most bothered me about the hotel was the absence of a minibar. The TripAdvisor website—and also the websites of several booking agencies—all claim that rooms in the Novotel Mexico City Centro Histórico have minibars. The Accor website, I’ll admit, doesn’t. But I guess I’ve come to expect that hotels of a certain class would have minibars. And I missed having one, not for overpriced drinks, but for the groceries I bought. I wasn’t, in other words, very enthusiastic about the Novotel Mexico City Centro Histórico, although I acknowledge that, with a few changes, it could most definitely be turned into a very good hotel.

Very clean hostel and great facilities. Most evenings there’s events at the hostel like karaoke or movie nights. Or if that’s not for you there’s loads of great bars and clubs nearby. The hostel provides free tours around the city. Jair took my group on a cycling tour and a trip via the subway to Coyacan. He speaks great English, knows everything about the city and is fun to have a joke with. Deserves all the tips.
