Hôtels proches de Parroquia Anglicana de la Sagrada Familia, Mexico

Stayed 7 nights with my partner at this wonderful hotel, which is centrally located (10 minute walk to the main Zocalo square with lots of shopping nearby) and has a very good bar/restaurant on-site. The rooms are new with firm beds, thick towels and linens, a hot shower, daily maid service, a medium-sized safe that can hold a tablet, good climate control, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A filtered water dispenser to refill water bottles is quite the advantage in the lobby. The gym on the 2nd floor is modern with very usable equipment, and is located next to an outdoor terrace. The breakfast buffet was very good with several choices. Antonio and Nayla provided excellent customer service during breakfast, and Antonio also alerted me to breakfast options that were healthier for my sensitive stomach. The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I rate this hotel an 8 or 9 out of 10 and would definitely stay here again. That being said, I would like to offer some suggestions to Novotel to make the hotel room a bit better for travelers. This new, minimal hotel room concept means that there are no dresser drawers for storing clothing, and there’s only one spot in the hanging metal “closet” for storing one suitcase - the other person must put their suitcase on the floor . One must live out of their suitcase during the entire stay, which is very annoying. This can easily be remedied by having more hangers (10 instead of 5?) in the closet, and having one or two folding luggage racks available. Also, another side table is needed beside the bed, since there’s only one. The person sleeping on the left side of the bed must put their water, glasses, phone, etc. on the floor, since there’s no side table, or place their items far away on the desk. Also, the thick towels keep falling off the three very lame wooden towel “knobs”. These knobs need to be replaced or extended outward in order to be able to hold a load. I would hang up my wet towel and it would immediately fall onto the floor. We fought with this the entire week. The hotel would save a lot of money by not having to wash towels every day that have fallen onto the floor. Additionally, perhaps for an upcharge, a small refrigerator could be placed in the room. These minor issues did not affect our overall satisfaction of this hotel.

The bell boy service is really embarazing, they want to help and touch the luggage 5 Meters before your final destination. Nevertheless in the critical points, is not possible to find one of them. They are every time in other places or occupied talking with other bell boys.

La position de l'hôtel est très bonne, sur la route de réforme, il est très pratique à n'importe où, mais les installations de l'hôtel sont générales et vieilles. Le prix est raisonnable, le voyage est principalement destiné à être facile à voyager.

Excellent situation mais hôtel décevant Accueil sans chaleur , Sans reconnaissance du statut platinum . Dans la chambre trois problèmes qu’il a fallu que je signale par deux fois : -Le néon , au dessus du lavabo , mort et pas remplacé . . -Le distributeur de savon douche vide et pas remplacé . . -La télécommande hs et les piles pas remplacées . . Pas de rideaux , seul un rideau opaque pour la nuit donc vue sur l’immeuble d’en face en permanence . TV sans aucunes chaînes autre qu’en espagnol . Quant au petit déjeuner il est plus que basique . Aucun mot échangé lors du Check out , Aucun au revoir , ni à bientôt , ni comment s’est passé votre séjour ? ! ! ! La clientèle est essentiellement mexicaine et le personnel parle un anglais très limité , vraiment dommage.

Le rapport qualité/prix est absolument élevé. Si vous apportez le petit-déjeuner et que nous ne comprenons pas l'espagnol, il est préférable de regarder le petit-déjeuner commandé par les autres clients. Si vous commandez un petit-déjeuner que vous aimez, vous vous sentirez heureux

La deuxième fois que vous séjournez dans l'hôtel, la position de l'hôtel est excellente, la rue de la réforme du centre-ville est centaines de mètres, le restaurant est très développé et le supermarché est entouré, le repas chinois, le repas sud-coréen et le jour sont complets, la chambre n'est pas très grande, il est également grand à Muske City, le prix est un peu cher pendant la période d'exposition, le petit-déjeuner est pas bon, La variété est riche, la piscine est un peu petite, les gyms peuvent voir, les équipements physiques sont complets. L'expérience globale est pas mauvaise.

Love it - the hotel is close to the metro a few stops away from the central square. Rooms are clean, spacious and well appointed. Even so it is next to big road the sound proofing is good and you can sleep well. Room service is great too. No doubt I pick it again, if I come to CDMX.

I don’t typically leave reviews but our stay at the Kimpton Virgilio was exceptional. The staff, the room, the restaurant were all amazing. It was super convenient for us to leave our bags there beforehand and afterwards, which was great while we explored the city. We also were running the Mexico City Marathon and they were extremely helpful with providing us advice on getting there at 5am in the morning. I would like to call out Rodrigo, the front desk who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. If you’re staying in Mexico City, I could not recommend the Kimpton more.

La chambre est bonne, l'assainissement est propre, les installations sont simples, l'attitude de service est bonne, les amis ont réagi à dire que l'hôtel est très poli, et il est également plus pratique, j'attends avec impatience d'avoir l'occasion de revenir la prochaine fois!
