I had a wonderful stay at Kaskades Hotel in Miami. The modern design and amenities were fantastic. Special thanks to Florencia at the front desk for her exceptional service and helpful recommendations! For sure I will be back next time! Thank you guys

Everything was clean and fresh, the room was big and comfortable. We needed help in the room with some things and I have to say that the costumer service from Florencia and Pablo was great they help us a lot in everything that we need and we ask for .

Everything was very good. I liked the size of the Room, it’s balcony, in a environment of silence and peace ( we asked for a silente room). But the Best part was certainly the way that we were treated. Guys like Priscila and Matias were always there for us with a Big smile!!

The hotel is beautiful and a great location. The only thing that stopped it from being 5 stars is that the shower kept getting stopped up. Overall it’s an amazing experience and the staff is very sweet and helpful. If you’re looking for something that’s near the beach but still calm and not any partying this is your place!

We visited this hotel in May at the start of our holiday. The entrance to the hotel is like a small corridor, the girl on reception did not even say hello, just shouted over the desk, what's your name! Felt like we had walked into the back of a factory or something 😕 no hotel vibe at all. We reluctantly got the keys to our room, opened the door and the room smelled of feet and damp. My husband took a shower and burnt his leg on the side of the heated bath? There was also a loud generator buzzing all night. We left the hotel early the next morning and stayed in another beautiful well managed hotel close by. My advice is definitely do not stay here. Awful experience with very poor customer service! Probably the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. If your thinking to stay here don't, plenty of other lovely hotels near by for the same price.

This is an awesome little hotel near the Ocean Drive. The room was absolute perfect for us, comfy bed, airy spaces, I liked the kitchen area too. The room is surprisingly quiet compared to the fact that there were buses on the street in front of it. The stuff was amasing, highlighted Jonathan and Jarno.

The hotel is very good. Well located, near to Lincoln Rd, the beach and also provides several amenities to you and your family. It’s a clean place where you and your family will find comfort and wellbeing. We were very well supported by Priscila and Jonathan at the hotel. They provided us useful information during the stay and were super attentive with us. Definitely it’s a good place to stay next time in Miami Beach.

On arrival Priscila was great with our quick check-in and valet service parking having arrived late in the evening. Room is great, spacious, clean and well serviced by the cleaning and maintenance crew. Throughout our stay Jonathan was a great help with day to day needs and set us up with a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella which was great for beach days. Hotel in the ideal spot between Collins Avenue and Wagingtin Avenue. Close by to some great bakeries for breakfast and a block from the beach. All in all a great experience and comfortable stay which I would highly recommend to others.
