"Location was a little difficult to get to, but that is understandable, being a hot spring resort. As it was the off peak season, we were the only visitors for that night. Despite so, the staff were friendly - preparing our breakfast separately. The breakfast included bread and spreads, and local rice porridge. Even though it sounds simple, it was delicious and full of flavour. The room came with a large stone tub which could probably accommodate 4-5 pax. We could thus enjoy the hot spring from the comfort of our own room."

"Miaoli Tai'an Guanzhi est pratique à conduire, les chambres sont grandes et il y a de belles fleurs et plantes partout dans l'hôtel, en particulier les orchidées dans la chambre sont particulièrement belles. La piscine thermale est très grande et l'eau est stockée et évacuée très rapidement. La célèbre source chaude rend votre corps doux et tendre après y avoir trempé. J'aime beaucoup l'huile essentielle de cèdre et de cyprès de l'hôtel. Je suis entré dans l'hôtel, j'ai senti le parfum du bois et je me suis senti à l'aise. Les boissons de bienvenue et les collations fournies à l'arrivée étaient délicieuses. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, des toasts crus sont recommandés !"

However, when I actually arrived in the room, I found that there was no toothbrush or toothpaste. After reporting it to the front desk, they said that it was not provided temporarily due to government policy and needed to be purchased separately. Therefore, I thought it was misleading to consumers, causing them to read the website and see that it was provided without bringing their own. This creates the dilemma of having to purchase extra items when you arrive at the hotel. Therefore, we hope to improve the options for providing spare parts to avoid misleading subsequent orders."
