I love it here! The rstes are so reasonable i like the self check in rooms r big beds r comfy walk in shower is great. Bottled water in room pool and hot tub r beautiful love having 2 hot tubs! And no kids allowed. Pool lights up so pretty at night. Nice long hours for those facilities. Elevators r plentiful and quick love the food the deli is great very good salads and paninis and muffins. Also they r open late and early. The bar had some great bands and has a margarita machine. Drinks r pricey thats the only thing i can note. There is always vacancy which is nice. U can check out on the tv

Room was overpriced, I asked for a room on a quiet non smoking floor. The whole place smelled of smoke, all you heard were doors slamming and people yelling outside of our room all night full on argument outside my door for at least 20 mins. The room was very outdated, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, for $260 there was no breakfast included, It was a rip off for the price.

Decent hotel. The side we stayed on needs to be updated a little bit.. We are not smokers, but it's a smoking casino, and we could smell the smoke up on our floor.

Great Hotel no major complaints, Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice simple Hotel and Casino I really enjoyed my weekend getaway. Only 1 hour drive from Chicago. highly recommend staying here I will be returning.

First room had food all over, broken fridge and broken cooling system. Second room had dirty men’s underwear, mold on ceiling in bathroom and also broken air unit. We froze and felt sick every night of our trip. The food at Lakeside is trash! We were given free meal vouchers for our shitty rooms but ended up walking out and ordering pizza. It was cold and super bland. Nothing salt could even fix. The rudeness of the lady at the front desk made it worse. No excuses for crappy hotel rooms!! Oh and if you want coffee or beds made or towels you have to call front desk. The pool and hot tubs could use a ton of work. We left after 10 minutes down there.

Great trip and good vibe for Valentine's Day. Check in and Check out was very easy.

Walked into a very clean bright well aired room!!! Fantastic!!! Fresh!!! Clean and staff friendly in the game room.

went to a concert at another venue then stayed at Blue Chip after. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. went to breakfast in the am and were comped for a great meal. Also took some of there money home with me. Would recommend the Blue Chip Casino and Hotel very highly.

Check in was quick. Facility was decorated very nicely/festive. Room and location were clean………

Blue Chip is a very nice location if you want to enjoy a clean and peaceful place to stay along with getting a little gambling in. Also the Game sports bar inside of the casino is a great place to catch your favorite sport while enjoying great food!

We were out away from everything because we used a special right room

We stayed in the older side of the hotel, it was still nice and clean! The casino seemed old but the workers were good about picking up trash and cleaning the cigarettes out.
