Come on Inn & Suites

First off, we prebooked the place 3 months in advance, got there and there was a sign on the door with a number to call. We call and they said we had to go to a whole different building. Then we had to pay before we even got to see the room or even stay any nights. Keep in mind we went up for a rodeo. Secondly, go see the room and the first thing I notice is the floor wasn't even vacuumed or swept in the kitchen area. The beds you could tell that they had been slept in and the one bed had crumbs on it. Go walk into the kitchen, the coffee area was filthy. Coffee grounds still in the filter with no filter paper. The sink wasn't cleaned up, cause it had a little bit of coffee ground in it and other stuff not to sure. Continue into the bathroom and you can clearly see poop stains on the toilet rim. Thirdly we grab the supervisor/manager (not to sure what her jobs title is) showed her the room and told her all the complaints that we had and she just made excuses. Saying: oh we are only aloud to clean the room for 15min max, we had a really good girl that cleaned so good and she quit, we only have one bedding for each bed and no extras. The bed sheets don't fit the bed properly that is why it looks like that. The girl was doing her best, as it was a busy week before hand. I then showed her the bathroom and she didn't see the poop stain until after the 3rd time I repeated saying there is poo on the side of the rim. After all set and done the only comfort she did was clean the toilet and gave us more towels and face cloths. We will not be coming back to this motel!!
