Simply the best. Le personnel impeccable big up au best Bayan😉. Le Zingana me manque purée et dire sue c’est a Bafoussam . J’aimerais y retourner encore encore te encore. C’est un joyaux. Quand le mets le pied a Bafoussam je dois y faire un tour. J’adore cet endroit

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l’hôtel Zingana. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très agréables. Nous avons apprécié la décoration de l’hôtel avec ses boiseries et ses tons chaleureux. Nous recommandons spécialement le restaurant et son nouveau chef Subrat. Nous avons fait avec lui notre menu et c’était délicieux!!! Nous reviendrons…

Superbe hôtel, accueil très sympathique, très belle décoration, bonne literie. Rien à dire sur l’hôtel ! En revanche le restaurant est catastrophique ! Plus d’une heure d’attente pour 3 viandes et une salade, des produits surement congelés et sans saveurs… la restauration est un problème à Bafoussam. Dommage que cet hôtel n’en règle pas une partie.

It is the best in the city of Bafoussam for now. Good points: rustic design, clean large rooms, great chefs (breakfast spread was simple, but tasty; rooftop restaurant has great options - I enjoyed a delicious pizza). Bad points: no telephone list in room, so had to walk down to reception to ask for it; and exercise equipment out of service. On customer service, the receptionists need to be trained. It wasn't overly bad, but it is evident they are not professional. It is the best option in the city for now (nicer options a bit of a distance from bafoussam), so highly recommended.

As far as setting goes, the hotel is nice, however, do not expect a friendly welcome. In my many years of traveling experience, and as a travel professional myself, I have never received such a disappointing and frankly unprofessional greeting upon arrival. No smiles, I actually had to ask if the attendants had personal issues explaining the unfriendly faces, then after trying to force me to file a form, the attendant literally pushed my hand holding the pen to fill the form he had just asked to fill. Would I recommend that hotel? Probably not, and they have a serious need for better training of some of their essential staff like the front desk staff. Just disappointing!
