A nice gentleman met us at the entrance of the building after whatsapping him that we've arrived (so you'll need internet for that or make sure you set a specific time and ask him to wait for you there as you won't have a way to reach them). The room was in the attic as expected. There was an elevator to the 5th floor then needed to walk up the stairs (1 floor but long one) with our bags, so the smaller your luggage is the easier your life would be (in Italy altogether). There was a kettle and a Nespresso machine with cups and a fridge that may or may not have worked. There was also a TV but we did not use it. The gentleman who checked us in was helpful after asking him for towels to accommodate the number of occupants, wifi password and leaving luggage after checkout. Overall it was fine for what we needed, we did not stay in Milan (went around for day trips) and just needed a place to shower, sleep and store our items. Disliked · The walls were so thin we could hear everyone around us leaving their rooms and walking in the hall. The sofa bed was not comfortable but that's normal, can't complain. Shower was ridiculously small, you couldn't do it without having the shower curtain touch any part of your body which I found disturbing.
