La chambre est propre et confortable, avec des équipements complets. Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Emplacement pratique avec des transports faciles. Excellent rapport qualité-prix, un endroit idéal pour séjourner.

Très bonnes installations, très agréable, tout est propre et bonne communication

L'emplacement est un peu décevant. Cependant, le service de l'hôtel était le plus satisfaisant parmi tous les hôtels où j'ai séjourné. Veuillez noter que des navettes circulent depuis une station voisine sous le viaduc jusqu'à un arrêt de bus à proximité. Mais préparer le petit-déjeuner est trop lent et frustrant. D'autres hôtels servent le petit-déjeuner de 6h à 7h du matin, mais ils disent que le petit-déjeuner commence à 7h du matin. En réalité, ils ouvrent simplement la porte et le petit-déjeuner n'est pas correctement préparé avant 7h30. Non recommandé pour ceux qui doivent commencer leur journée tôt.

Il est très loin du centre de Milan, la gare la plus proche est un peu loin et il n'y a pas beaucoup de grands supermarchés à proximité, il faut donc acheter des choses avant d'entrer dans l'hôtel. Mais le logement était propre et confortable

The first thing that should be mentioned in the listing is that this is a student residence—I believe that’s crucial information for making a decision. There will be many people like me who don’t enjoy that kind of environment due to excessive noise, especially at night. Additionally, we had a major issue with the night security guard. I believe the big mistake lies in the fact that the guards are in charge of checking in people who arrive late. In my case, they sent me to the wrong building, and the key didn’t work several times. On the second night, when we arrived, I asked for another key to my room, and the guard asked for both my passport and my wife’s in order to let us in. I had mine with me, along with all the relevant booking information, but my wife didn’t. He then stood by the door and told us my wife couldn’t come in without her passport. He kept us waiting for over 20 minutes until he finally agreed to let us in—only after repeatedly explaining to him that my wife’s passport was inside the room. He also told us that every night we would need to return with our passports in order to be allowed in. I think they should better train their staff and be more transparent about what they’re offering so that people don’t arrive and get unpleasant surprises. In my case, I wouldn’t recommend this place even to my worst enemy.
