"I have been to Mile several times. I booked this place on the platform with the mentality of giving it a try. After all, it is a newly opened B&B. The result was far beyond my expectations. Smart home and brand bathroom were all arranged. The large yard was full of flowers and there was an infinity pool. The environment was so good that I didn't want to go to those scenic spots after coming in. In the evening, the guy at the front desk introduced the special barbecue of the B&B. I sat in the yard and enjoyed the beautiful scenery and food. One night passed so quickly. The rich breakfast in the morning was another surprise. The rice noodles tasted super good. If I hadn't rushed back to my hometown for the New Year, I would have stayed another night. My wife said that she would stay here when she comes to Mile next time"

"En tant qu'hôtelier professionnel, je peux affirmer sans hésiter que c'est le meilleur hôtel où j'ai séjourné ces deux dernières années ! Mon avis portera sur plusieurs points : 1. L'ensemble du personnel s'est exprimé avec professionnalisme et courtoisie, créant une atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante. Le personnel d'entretien de l'annexe s'est montré particulièrement serviable, expliquant patiemment les coutumes et la culture locales de Mile. Je pense que l'office de tourisme de Mile devrait remercier chaleureusement cette personne pour son implication dans la promotion de la région. 2. La literie et les produits de toilette étaient d'excellente qualité. Les chambres étaient propres et décorées avec goût. Un petit bémol toutefois : la douche manquait d'espace de rangement, ce qui pourrait s'avérer gênant pour les clients apportant leurs propres produits de toilette. Je suggère d'en tenir compte à l'avenir. L'hôtel a eu la gentillesse de fournir des chaussons (d'intérieur et d'extérieur) et des peignoirs pour enfants. Le lait livré quotidiennement en chambre était également d'excellente qualité. C'est la première fois que je vois un hôtel offrir du lait gratuitement ! C'est une initiative louable. Autre suggestion : remplacer les sachets de thé bon marché du minibar. Au Yunnan, je recommande de les remplacer par de petits gâteaux de thé Pu'er, un cru et un mûr. Le coût est abordable. Si possible, je suggère d'ajouter un réfrigérateur au minibar. Les fruits du Yunnan sont délicieux, mais difficiles à conserver sans réfrigérateur. 3. La nourriture n'était pas extraordinaire, mais bien meilleure que dans la plupart des hôtels, et le petit-déjeuner était copieux, surtout servi jusqu'à midi. Je suggère d'ajouter un petit panneau près du stand de nouilles de riz indiquant les condiments utilisés par les locaux. 4. Je suggère d'ajouter un service de consigne à l'espace thermal extérieur, ou simplement de fournir un casier extérieur avec cadenas à combinaison. 5. Si possible, ajoutez un service de conciergerie. L'hôtel est très haut de gamme, mais manque de portiers et de bagagistes. 6. Enfin, les cadeaux offerts par l'hôtel étaient très appréciables et les enfants étaient ravis. L'eau en bouteille offerte était excellente ; j'ai même cherché le fabricant… sans succès. Enfin, je souhaite à l'hôtel beaucoup de succès et de nombreux clients ! Je reviendrai, c'est certain ! Attendez-moi !"
