Arrived very late to the hotel, Had a new staff so was not sure off a lot of things. It’s not near the city centre at all. Taxi required to the station.About €20 .Great for walks as it’s secluded and very green. Make sure you have had dinner if you are out and about in town as there might not be any at hotel. We were told as there were hardly anyone who wanted dinner on our last night, the kitchen / chef wasn’t making any dinner. Kids were hungry. Asked if anything at all could be made Pizza was suggested by one of the staff. She then told me it was frozen and would be warmed up😳😳. Hotel needs updating as it’s so dated. On the plus side, rooms were large and spacious.

I spent a Sunday and Monday night there; paid by my host (the university). Great choice on their part. The room was well appointed except for the somewhat small safe which would not accommodate my laptop. That said, the place is quite safe (access to the guest rooms via elevator that requires guest access card), so I just left it in the open. There's a coffee machine in the room and you can get extra capsules from the front-desk if need be. Toilet and shower are separate but, yes, as JapanGirl has mentioned, if you are not alone, you need to feel quite comfortable with your partner ... Wifi is stable and pretty fast, also on the ground floor/brekkie area, tv has some English language channels. Brekkie is fabulous and plenty. The ground floor is separated in about half a dozen areas and you can have brekkie in an ambiance of your choice. I had a colleague over for an hour to discuss one of her projects and ordered a cappuccino for her. When I wanted to pay for it, I was told that was fine. Everyone on the staff is super-nice and helpful. Good vibes. Really quite liked the place.

Great hotel central location. We had a room at side of hotel so wasn't that noisy. Staff go out of their way to help you. We only had breakfast in hotel but there was lovely plenty of choice. Rooms very clean. Would stay again. Walk across the road to bars restaurants and shops.

J'ai séjourné à Guesthouse Vertoef pour 2 nuits en juin. La location est excellente. J'ai arrivée en train à la gare Nijmegen et l'hôtel est à très courte distance de marche sur la route, à l'opposé de la gare. Le signe de l'hôtel est visible à partir de la marche. Les couloirs sont un peu comme un bureau et les étages sont un rendeur de béton infini qui se sentait un peu industriel, mais ma chambre était grande (même si classée comme petite), il était confortable et avait un double aspect qui était gentil. Le seul côté de ce lieu, à mon avis, est l'heure de fermeture très tôt de la réception, et donc la zone bar/café et salon (7 heures). Cela signifie que retourner à l'hôtel après le dîner ou un jour de travail a eu un peu de mal à entrer par une porte noire fermée sur le côté de la propriété. En raison de la bonne preuve (probablement) de son, je n'ai entendu personne d'autre à l'hôtel à la première nuit (quand je restais seul, attendant l'arrivée de mes collègues le lendemain). Cela a été un peu désagréable, avec le fait que les lumières ne sont alimentées que sur les capteurs, donc vous devriez entrer avant de voir beaucoup. Il semble aussi que l'on ne dispose pas d'informations sur qui si quelqu'un vous pourriez contacter et comment si un problème (pas de porte-nuit, etc.) Le petit déjeuner était bon et abondant. Style de buffet illimité. Bon choix, toutes les offres continentales froides. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très aimable et utile, si ils étaient là tout le temps, cela serait parfait.
