The location is good and the staff is very helpful. The hotel includes free parking!

there is no service except the front desk service for checking in. there is no telephone that I can report the desk lamp is not working or you have to go down to the front desk to tell them. the window view is facing just next to the hotel. overall, it's only good for one night

Location is great and lots of restaurants and bars nearby . But I found no hair dryer in my room .

The room I was put in did not have a king size bed. The bed sheets were rough, pillows lumpy and the climate control in the room was fixed at 27 degrees and no matter what I did it would not change. The night staff were called and the best they could do was give me two fans. I could not sleep and had problems breathing. I asked for a room swap and non were available. This is just not good enough. The room was dirty carpets dust my room was 409.
I would have rather had booked an alternative hotel.

Un moment agréable les matelas sont bons, l’accueil et hyper agréable. Une pensée spéciale pour Marius et Alex qui ont été merveilleux avec nous. Ne changez rien vous êtes au top les gars. L’hotel est bien placé il y a des restaurants partout autour et de bon restaurant. On a pu se faire un brunch et c’était super bon.

on as séjourner dans l’hôtel à l’occasion d’un festival qui ce trouver à proximité le service et les chambres etaient impeccables le personnel de l’hôtel etait au petit soin je recommande fortement si vous êtes de passage et que vous voulez séjourner dans un hôtel je vous recommande fortement

Le personnel de cette hôtel est très gentil, agréable et à l’écoute !!! En particulier Marius et Alex, merci à eux ! J’étais dans une chambre du troisième étage, ses chambres sont très agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortable.

Excellent efficient breakfast service. Great selection of hot breakfast items. Good scrambled egg, beans were hot! Clean and cool dining area. Friendly, professional staff. A great start to the day - thank you Ricky, Giovanna, Richard and Kelly.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. The check-in process was smooth, and everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.
