« L'un des meilleurs hôtels intercontinentaux que nous ayons jamais été. Hôtel classique et équipements fantastiques. Shaheedah d'Égypte a fait notre check-in sans heurts. Abdou a aidé avec nos sacs. Tous les membres du personnel ont été bien formés et pris soin des invités. L'un des changements est que quelqu'un doit assister aux compteurs d'entrée/de sortie pour éviter de gêner les clients parce qu'on ne peut pas savoir qui était le prochain à la file. Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable. Et un meilleur shampooing devrait également être arrangé. »

« The resort is amazing. No doubt it is one of the best resort in RAK. We spent the new years and our anniversary in The Cove Rotana and we had a great time.We were taken care off really well with all special treatments. The food in cinnamon is amazing and the staff in the resort are so friendly. As we checked in our room, we saw the room given to us did not have a balcony nor a bathtub. We requested for an upgrade as we had paid a huge amount for the NYE. A staff named Tara helped us to get the upgrade really quick. The housekeeping guy was the sweetest. He decorated our bed well and also put a board with the anniversary wishes!! Also there was a staff in Breakers Beach Bar named Min. He is an amazing guy. I had ordered for a mojito and informed him it needs to look good as it was for social media. He made sure he gave me the best one and also suggested I should opt for strawberry mojito. He then said it was not possible for him to give the mojito in the glass as we were not having at the bar instead we were at the beach resting on the sun beds. When he saw I was a little upset he let us have the glass taken to the beach. Such an amazing guy!!! Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend this resort to all who would love to have a great time with family and friends. »
