"Un hôtel fort coquet avec des jardins de fleurs partout et plein de colibris. Petit-déjeuner savoureux. On peut aussi y prendre d’autres repas. Cet hôtel est à environ 15 minutes de marche du centre-ville de Mindo. Un taxi coûte qq dollars si on ne veut pas marcher. Nous préférions être un peu à l’écart de Mindo. Le propriétaire est fort accueillant de même que tout le personnel. La chambre est spacieuse et propre, le lit fort confortable. Si vous recherchez confort et nature, vous ne serez pas déçus."

"I was directed to this small hotel by a local when my booking elsewhere fell through at the last minute. The rooms are modern and comfortable - mine had a jacuzzi - and most/all? overlook a subtropical garden full of flowers and birds. The owner is exceptionally helpful. She is a mini tourist office and can for example sell you tickets to various attractions including the butterfly farm. Note that she does not accept credit cards. The price was extremely reasonable, 75 US dollars per night for a double room including breakfast."

"Loved La Roulotte!! Surrounded by nature and away from the hustle and bustle of Mindo, this place is a gem. The cabins are so cute and have everything you need for a perfect night's sleep; good beds, tons of pillows, plenty of hot water and good wifi signal. The restaurant is reasonably priced and everything is homemade and delicious. This is a perfect place to spend a few days while exploring Mindo- we only stayed one night to break up the drive back to Quito from Esmeraldas but would have loved to stay longer."

"Everything about Casa Divina was warm, welcoming, and wonderful! Our cabin was very comfortable and had plenty of room for me, my husband, and our adult daughter. All of the windows made us feel like we were literally sleeping in the forest. The breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit, fresh juices, and wonderful hot chocolate. Above the main lobby is a great place for bird watching and relaxing. The staff were extremely helpful in terms of recommending activities, arranging for cabs, etc. They arranged for a bird watching tour for the 3 of us and our guide was knowledgeable and adept at finding birds (including tucans, quetzals, and hummingbirds) and helping us take photos of them. If I ever go back to Ecuador, I will definitely stay here again. "
