"We have traveled a lot nationally and internationally, we have never been in such an unspeakably vile hotel. Torn window screens should have been a clue. Filthy stained mattresses. Dodgy wiring. Wonky a/c. Disgusting fridge. Chairs with a hi knows what on them. We left. We told them way and asked for our money back. They said no. We are pursuing that. We didn’t use the room. The finally straw was the bug crawling across the filthy carpet. DO NOT GO. Just sleep in your car, or on a bench. Gross. And they don’t care!"

"The front entry of hotel was nice- wow large seating area with tables and chairs and looked like a bar set up- not sure what they use that for. Staff at check in lovely! Large room, lots of place for luggage. Large bathroom. Ice maker in fridge. Nice couch which was also a hide a bed! Carpet was light brown colour which shows every stain. Could I suggest a medium/ dark brown if you are thinking of replacing. I always take my shoes off at the door but guess things happen and the carpet gets dirty. Poor cleaning staff. I am sure the carpet was clean, like the room just stained. Oh well. Staff were very nice . And apologized for the few items on the grab and go. Web site said free breakfast for 4; but…. Grab and go breakfast but not much - granola bar, few small muffins, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Some packs of instant oatmeal but guess you would have to use a coffee cup? No milk but coffee creamer. The room was great and I would likely stay there again. For all hotels on your site it would be nice to know how to know or give a better indication of breakfast availability - the minimum that would constitute a minimum breakfast items provided or if not then no breakfast provided . "I stayed here more than two weeks, they charge me 7 times for deposit, they said once I checkout they will refund me , but I didn’t get any refund. I checked out at 1st Dec , until now I didn’t get any refund. I called them four times but they always said wait , and in the last time they even hang up my phone. They steal me more than 60 USD, how can I get my money back? thief hotel!"

"The place didn’t look like the photos online. The carpet was dirty, there was holes in the wall, curtains were torn, we had to ask for towels and for the linens to changed. Service was poor also, no employee spoke when you passed by. I felt forced to stay there because they received their money when it was booked and I couldn’t cancel it."
