L'hôtel est bon et la chambre était parfaitement propre à toutes les deux occasions que j'étais là. Le personnel était bon. Le bar était petit mais avait une bonne sélection de boissons. La location est bon, il y a plusieurs restaurants et autres endroits à proximité. Globalement, une bonne expérience.

Il est magnifiquement situé, dans la disponibilité de pas de nombreux restaurants, bars. Parking à l'opposé. spacieux chambres, seulement réparation révisée, serait refroidisse. Equipement Swansea vieux, meubles. Petit-déjeuners n'ont pas pris, rien à dire.

This hotel certainly demonstrates a high level of attention-to-detail in every way. Extremely friendly and courteous staff that goes above-and-beyond, however unfortunately it would be impossible to list all the names of the staff that well exceeded our expectations. The food was high quality and exceptional as well as the food service staff. Check-in was extremely easy thanks to the friendliness of the front desk staff that allowed us an early check-in on arrival (kindly note that this benefit is not always available). Everything at the hotel is clean and well maintained. The pool and associated amenities are among the best that we have experienced in any hotel; relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable. The hotel is well situated within close proximity to many attractions including the large and impeccably clean Minsk Aqua Park. The rooms are spacious and house keeping staff very accommodating. The price is extremely affordable in comparison to other more expensive hotels that don't measure up to this hotel's level (and we have stayed in many hotels around the world). We would highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Minsk for either business or pleasure!

Из плюсов: + Прекрасный вид на реку + Вкусные завтраки + Доступный прокат велосипедов + Вкусные коктейли в баре И все было бы прекрасно если бы не одно но, мы приехали отметить мой день рождение. Каждый год я отмечаю его в поездках во всевозможных отелях и всегда получаю хотя бы мало-мальский знак внимания, а чаще всего поздравления целый день. Для меня это не вопрос пирожного в номер, а показатель отношения отеля к клиентам. У нас был поздний выезд и когда за пару часов до выезда из отеля не было никакого поздравления, я подошла на ресепшен спросить. После моего вопроса «положено ли мне что-то в день рождение?» сотрудники стали меня убеждать что с утра в номер принесут чизкейк / игристое (тут они не договорились) и все будет супер. На мой ответ что день рождение у меня сегодня и для меня видимо сделали исключение , ничего не принеся, сказали «что они не отвечают за поздравления гостей, этим занимается кто-то другой». Поэтому в свой день рождение я не услышала даже элементарного «с днем рождения» от сотрудников отеля. Насколько же внимательно отель отнесется ко мне в следующий раз, когда у меня не будет особого дня - вопрос для меня риторический. Так же, когда с утра я подходила на ресепшен , спросила когда открывается самогон красоты , мне сказали «мы за них не отвечаем, они приходят где-то к 11-12 часам». Когда я подошла часам к 12 к салону, там шла фотосессия модели, видимо для соц сетей. На мой вопрос «могут ли они помыть и высушить мне волосы» сотрудник закатила глаза и тихо-тихо сказала администратору, что она планировала еще выпить кофе и причесаться и мне предложили прийти часа через 2-3, когда мне было уже совсем неудобно. Обычно, во всех отелях с руками и ногами готовы забрать клиента, но видимо не здесь. Ставлю 4, потому что день рождение раз в году и не для всех гостей это актуально. А расположение , завтраки , номера замечательные.

Le personnel de la réception était bon, rose et aimable. Mais les autres gars du bar et du restaurant ne parlaient pas beaucoup d'anglais, les nettoyages étaient propres à la première vue, mais j'ai eu de l'argent sous le lit et j'ai été détestable quand j'ai vu le condom utilisé par les clients avant, Je suis un hôtel 35 ans, et le manque de service de chambre a été une grande carence, il n'y a pas de minibar dans la chambre.
