Sophie was brilliant, really attentive. Not much on the menu though so assume more of a short stay…………………… needs 100 characters….

Staff very friendly and professional.food very good,the rooms are rather basic ,suitable for 1 or 2 nghrs ,we stayed for a week,toiletries very poor ,our main concern was for taking a shower.we are elderly and found we were unsure when standing under a fixed head shower ,no bath mat ( supplied when requested) most importantly NO HAND RAILS TO SUPPORTOUR SELVES..An accident waitng to happen.

Nice and quiet. Staff super friendly. clean room. Breakfadt was lovely. Good location. Stayed for one night. I found this preimer inn the best ive stayed in. Would highly recommended this one. We stay around the area as we vist Canterbury regularly.

Was given a room that was already occupied! Quite embarrassing to say the least. Control for climate didn’t work and had to be regulated at reception! TV kept losing signal. I requested a room near the entrance/exit on ground floor due to a mobility issue and was given the room furthest down the corridor (the last one)! Manager needs training in how to deal with unhappy customers.

Fantastic stay as always. Great service and met with a smile. Clean hotel, friendly staff and very accommodating. Tiffany, Sophie, Kim and the rest of the team were brilliant! New restaurant has a great atmosphere and the food was lovely. Thank you!!

Greeted with a smile as I entered the hotel. Tiffany checked me engaging in conversation and making me feel very welcome. Room was excellent, facilities excellent and location excellent for all links to Herne Bay and main roads into the area.

Really great stay, the service was amazing with really friendly staff!! Sophie and Sam were both extremely helpful, will definitely stay again. When checking in Jess was informative and gave me all the information I needed, definitely worth the stay.

The new restaurant called the social is very well maintained and clean. All staff are so friendly and welcoming, the menu has a good range although a little plain but still tasty! Rooms are impressive and very clean. The beds are one of the comfiest I’ve slept in. Will be returning in the summer months

Wonderful hotel! Had a pleasant interaction with everyone I spoke to and made my stay a pleasant one. The room was so clean, food and drinks were great, especially breakfast being cooked to order. So thank you Herne bay, will definitely be back!
