Hôtels proches de Geigenstatue, Mittenwald

At a rate of EUR 220+ per night, we expected a calm, well-maintained, scenic and professional hotel experience. Unfortunately, we found neither. Rooms are equipped with kitchenettes which are unlocked at an extra charge of EUR 30 (we did not opt for this). The (locked-in) old kitchenette fridge kept us awake all of our first night. Staff acknowledged the poor state of this equipment and admitted several guests had complained about this noise before us. Thankfully they turned the fridge off for our second night. But why was this on in the first place when we had not booked the kitchenette extra? We came for Alp calm - not noise of an old fridge we did not even have access to. Hotel facilities were old - all of it - all dated from when constructed (early or mid 70s?). Wall-to-wall carpets in room. Our roomed smelled of old cigarette smoke. We were tempted by beautiful looking photos of the hotel where balconies had unspoiled views of the Alps. Unfortunately our room was dark and had no view whatsoever - expect for a few trees and a railway track that had trains spoiling the tranquility we came for. Website photos for not live up to expectations! Waiters repeatedly did not take our requests seriously, whether we asked for frites to be replaced by potatoes, chicken to be added to our the vegetarian dish (waiter shrugged this request off, before eventually accepting for an extra charge), or forgetting to prop up our breakfast table (no butter on day one, no yoghurt on day two - all paid for). English skills also questionable. Aargh - for this price we expected so much more - this was unfortunately a disappointing stay for us. This is a pity because the hotel location is good and the place has some good potential if owners would only pay to maintain the place.

L'eau était propre et libre. J'ai aussi trouvé ma valise perdue et le personnel de la cabine était si aimable. C'était dommage qu'elle s'échappe un peu même s'il était assayé par le bain, mais c'était juste un sens du bain. Recommandé.

Sollten eigentlich in Oberammergau übernachten. Durch eine fehlbuchung sind wir hier gelandet und es war einfach Klasse. Großes 3 Bett Zimmer mit riesiger Terrasse mit Blick zu den Bergen. Alles top, sauber und landestypische Ausstattung. Toller Wellnessbereich innen und außen. Tiefgarage. Sehr gutes Frühstück im Wintergarten. Tolles, freundliches Personal. Ganz lieben Dank, Gast sein zu dürfen.

Hôtel d'affaires, à la ville la plus proche de Zugspitze, la chambre d'hôtel de la ville n'est pas équipée de la climatisation, uniquement du chauffage, en été la fenêtre en plein air est toujours acceptable.

My son was not well. N the receptionists did all they can to call us doctors . My son is good now. Thank God The reception. Are Just simply amazing. We stayed from 19 to 20 May. I m still here but I can’t wait write a good review Because my son was not well. He can’t do the 5 courses dinner. I went down to grab a quick dinner. I told the manger n waitress. They are so kind. N allowed me to bring bread n soup up. I ended up with good toasted bread. They offered. How nice of them. Now back to hotel itself. The tea break was lovely. The dinner wonderful I had my own dinner. My hubby n I took turn to eat as our son not well. But really nice food n service. We are 100% coming back here again Oh the pool. The indoor n outdoor. It’s wonderful. My son enjoyed himself Welcome drinks offered. Hotel rooms old style but the toilets n many things are obviously renovated Shower is great bed is great There’s nothing I don’t like I travel a fair bit around Europe. Il s'agit d'un hôtel décent 4-star situé à Garmisch. Il était à 7 minutes à pied de la gare. Il y avait un kebab et un restaurant glacé juste à côté et à travers elle. Dm magasin de drogues, supermarchés et plus de restaurants sont à quelques minutes à pied. Le petit déjeuner était de style buffet. Il y avait quelques personnes au petit déjeuner et ils étaient étonnants. Ils voudraient savoir quel genre de café et d'œufs vous aimez pour la journée, et leur service était rapide et poli. Les choix de nourriture étaient plus que suffisants, avec des croissants et des rouleaux, des torréfactions disponibles, du saumon fumé, une grande variété de propagations, du hame, du fromage, des jus de fruits, des légumes, des céréales, du lait/du lait écrémé/du lait de soja/du lait d'orange, plus de 10 types de thé.... 4-5 pm est temps de thé. La salle de séjour était élégante et spacieuse, ce qui vous fait sentir calme et à la maison, avec une musique calme de fond. Vous pouvez lire les documents ou choisir un livre de l'étage. Il y avait aussi une petite piscine, une vapeur et une sauna, qui étaient tous délicieux et relaxants, esp si elle pleuvait et froide en quelques jours. La chambre est équipée d'un balcon qui se trouve sur les montagnes. Il y avait un gentleman, en chemise et en lèvre chaque jour (qui a eu des blessures à sa jambe et a porté une orthose et des crampes pour travailler) qui a montré une gentilleté et une passion exceptionnelles dans son travail. Il a offert spontanément de l'aide et de nombreuses suggestions quand je lui ai posé des questions et m'a dit : « c'est pourquoi je suis ici ! »

Great location on the outskirts of town but easily walked from the station in the summer/autumn, just be aware of the hike up a steep trail to the entrance - there is an alternative! Food was wonderful - great variety in the buffet breakfast and dinner. Staff were very friendly and helpful; they make you so welcome. At the back of the hotel are trails with fabulous views of Zugspitze and Alpspitze; you can hike the old bob sleigh run, too. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.

nous avons séjourné 2 jours dans l hôtel. Le restaurant nous ayant convaincu de passer une nuit supplémentaire. L hotel en lui même est très joli avec du vitrail et du bois, vraiment ”authentique”. La chambre confortable avec du bois et un style désué tres sympathique. Le gros point faible c'est la salle de bain, qui pour le coup, le côté desue devient péjoratif. Laissant au départ un gros apriori, mais en y regardant de plus près elle était très propre. Les toilettes sont très basses et la douche tres étroite... mais bon on s y fait..conclusion : hotel qui semble hors du temps, l personnels chaleureux et ambiance familiale, restaurant vraiment très agréable avec des plats autrichiens tres bons et copieux, même avec un bébé
