The tents are the only part of this “resort” that resemble what’s advertised. And even they were ripped. Pools aren’t operational. No food (cafe/bar/pizza is a flat out lie). Even if you bring your own food, the “kitchen” is not equipped - we literally had to beg for them to find us forks and bowls. My daughter ate porridge in the morning with her hands. The bins weren’t emptied. Staff is tired and overworked and sympathetic but unable to fix most issues. We left after one night after being super excited to relax in the desert for 4 days. Massive disappointment. Borderline criminal probably. Avoid at all costs.

My recent stay at Selina Ramon was incredibly disappointing, and I would strongly advise others to stay away. Despite being priced like a 5-star hotel, it falls far short of expectations and deserves no more than 2 stars. Here are some key details of my experience: 1. The kitchen area was consistently dirty, and despite being advised not to bring our own dishes, there weren't enough provided, forcing us to constantly request more. 2. The bathroom and showers were not adequately clean, and there was a shortage of toilet paper. 3. The staff were incredibly noisy until the early hours of the morning, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. 4. On the hottest day of the year, we experienced a 12-hour electricity outage, with temperatures soaring to 40 degrees Celsius outside and approximately 70 degrees inside the tents. Despite the discomfort, there was no offer of even a bottle of cold water. 5. Despite registering for an activity three days in advance with a group of 16 people, there were only 8 spots available when we arrived. This lack of organization and communication was frustrating and unacceptable. 6. The staff appeared to be too laid-back and unhelpful, failing to address our concerns or provide assistance when needed. 7. To add insult to injury, we were overcharged by 1000 shekels at checkout due to a "mistake" and were wrongly accused of not canceling a room, needing providing proof of cancellation. It's worth noting that we also heard similar complaints from other guests during our stay. In summary, my experience at Selina Ramon was far below expectations, and I would caution others against staying here until significant improvements are made.

Great Negev desert experience Daniel and the Selina Ramon team provided a welcoming, inclusive and authentic southern Israel desert experience. Location is ideal for exploring the remote desert.

We came to stay here in 3 tents, one had faulty zips and a coyote broke into the tent in the middle of the night making the occupants feel very unsafe. When we told management they sympathised but did not offer any compensation. Only one of the two mini pools was filled and was full of algae. Would not recommend

the tents were nice , thats it. LOUD, so many dogs . Its a dog park ! i love dogs but not 30 barking all night. Not a peaceful place , beware. for the price you pay , you can buy your owbn tent. most of the staff has no idea what they are doing. one very responsblie women was there, it look like she was the only one really workiong .... as in the other reveiws , meals were cancelled . no real care is taken about anything , it might be good for a big group with all there food and activiities , dont expect anything from the staff

Perfect slice of desert heaven. 11/10, would stay there forever if they let me.
