The Wingate is a stand alone house that is a spacious, contemporary one bedroom with a vaulted ceiling (check out our other flat #448379). It was designed with only our guests comfort in mind. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, a queen bed and a large beautifully tiled walk in shower. It has a comfortably sized living room. The Wingate has its own private covered patio and backyard area making this flat our best ever! Westside Flats offers an enjoyable, unique vacation setting with some of the finest up-to-date lodging in Moab. Relax with a drink on the rooftop deck with views of The Portal and Moab Rim. The perfect getaway house
The property was exactly as advertised. It was perfect! All of the details were thought out. The bench inside the front door for removing hiking boots was a nice touch. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the walk-in shower. It was wonderful after a hot day of hiking in the parks.The back patio was a great place to have tea in the morning.It is close enough to town that you can walk to a number of restaurants. The hosts were very friendly!!

Great hosts.
Loved the Westside Flats. The room was spotless and very roomy. The hosts were very friendly and helpful providing locations of very cool petroglyphs. The house is very close to downtown Moab and Arches National Park. Great place to stay.

Great Place in Moab
We stayed here for six nights and the place was perfect for us. The place is very nice - clean, comfortable, well stocked, and an easy walk to downtown (less than 1/2 mile). The hosts were great to communicate with and they made sure all of our needs were met - even making multiple recommendations that turned out to be some of the highlights of our trip. We would definitely stay here again on a trip to Moab.

Lovely Gem!
My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this lovely gem! It's well designed and the decor is darling - inside and out! The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. The mattress was comfortable. The blue tooth Bose speaker was a fun addition and the TV worked great. (We found a fun movie to watch on the evening that we planned to star gaze but ended up inside due to inclement weather.) The location could not have been better. Ellen is friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.
